View was nice but television was not working properly…it waa not even a smart tv …expected better from a 5 star property, rest everything was good.

I should get all my Marriott points when booking through MMT. Rate given by MMT were higher than direct at hotel. Last time for same rate I was given bigger size room with living/guest room.

Old Property the Rooms and Furniture tell a lost Story, not worth the Price , breakfast spread is below Par. Staff is Courteous .

Our experience with Four Points was amazing. We did hit a bit of a snag when we checked in. Our booked room - the executive suite - wasn’t available during our checkin. We were able to check into our suite only the next day. However, the hotel staff compensated really well for us missing out on one day of our experience. They gave us additional discounts on the Spa and Food to compensate for the miss out. Overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend booking the suite room.

Hi, I am sharing my review about four points Sheraton hotel Pune. It was a very pleasant day. The overall room service staff management, Reception restaurant. They all were very cooperative and hospitality. They have performed very well, specially few names of the staff. I would like to mention, like Gajanan Anurag And Kirti. They were very prominent and approachable, and I really like the way they have given the enough attention in the Service. Would love to visit again, same hotel.

The property is good and conveniently located. I was there for a business trip. the food options were good and property was clean. only issue was they took almost 90 mins to manage and early checkin. this could have been handled better The property is good and conveniently located. The property was situated in a prime location, and the food was exceptional. Easily accessible, navigate too. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I am enjoying my stay. Service apartments are good. Few upgrades needed like Smart TV, Bath tub, Washing machine and Dishwasher as same is available in Hyatt service apartments. Indoor kids play area and temperature controlled pool will be cherry on top. Also thanks to booking staff for complimentary upgrade of my further stay. F&B stay for wonderful F&B Services for great service I am enjoying my stay.
