Review Of Oxford Golf Resort

Firstly we booked for 5adults.. for 2rooms.. no refundable it was... bt we asked the ppl and the hotel ppl to atleast give some sort of benifit in spa or stay they refused... we let it go. bt the room they was leakage in the bathroom .. flush in bth... in the night some sort of disturbing sound kept coming. we cannot go to the pool without the cap... so we had to compulsary buy caps of 200rs each for every1... rather then renting it. reception ppl r pathetic .... they give no support to the customers... even we were upset with booking as they din benifit us for the cancellation

Our stay at the resort were good, we found the valley and golf course view to be very pretty. We stayed for 2 nights in the golf view room at residences - ask for a higher floor if you take this room. Breakfast spread was quite good with good options and live counters. We played practise golf which was fun.

I recently visited Oxford Golf Resort and had a truly memorable experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with large windows overlooking the hills and golf course – waking up to that view was simply beautiful. The staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which really made the stay feel warm and welcoming.

This was my 1st time visiting this property and it exceeded my expectations. My cousin and I loved it. We had a great time playing golf, although it was my 1st time with the golf club I had my fun, as well the indoor activities and the pool is superb with beautiful view. Totally worth my time and experience

Very pleasant property, away from the city chaos. Golf course access as well. Staff was quite courteous and rooms very quite spacious. Overall comfortable stay.

I chose the property due to its proximity to the university where my child is studying. The accessibility is a little problem due to the ongoing work, but the stay was pleasant, and the staff was good. The breakfast was decent, however, the variety and taste can be improved. The in-house dining was prompt and good and the food at the restaurant was good. Overall, I would say it was a good stay.

This property has fantastic view of Golf course, excellent land scape. Well maintained and spacious rooms. Good indoor facilities. Enjoyed Spa. The Service staff was helpful. However, the speed of service can be improved. Overall great experience 👍

Overall experience was good, and the view was absolutely beautiful 😍. The only suggestion is that since the activity rooms are a bit far from the ICONIC building, it would be great if they could remain open until 8 pm.

The experience is wonderful and the property is the best in its kind.

The room service food was so so bad it was not even 2 star level, the burger bun was literally cold and not even toasted, i asked before ordering they said there will just be the grilled chicken and the bun i clearly asked so many times that what will be inside , there will only be a bun and chicken they said yes yes, there were so so many cucumbers and i dont eat that it was pathetic fries were cold and they seemed not at all fresh. The room had so many things not working no hot water on the tap, remotes are not working, there are 2 smart tvs with all ott’s but only youtube was working and that too was so so laggy. I bought this room for 15k a night i could get a 1000 times better room for the half price, the buffet was also v average, no cleanliness and I asked for my customised egg, and explained the staff very clearly repeatdly and he repeated it in front of me and still got the wrong thing, the gym had no trainer and it was so old and the machines were literally rusting. In the main gate when I was entering the guard stopped me for more than 10 mins whereas I showed him my booking confirmation and everythinf. Pathetic service never been to a property this bad. It was my first and last time

Located in a serene natural surrounding, it is a perfect gateway for a relaxed stay. The food was really good. The room service was also handled in time and well.

The pillows are so high and there was no replace ment. Overall experience of staying there was not good. Perfume was too much used

Property location is good if u r costing flame university otherwise it’s way too far from city. Breakfast is pathetic. Food otherwise is good at in-room dining. Rooms were good.

Room were really very good, excellent hospitality, food also was superb, had a very pleasant stay. This was our 2nd stay at the resort and it was wonderful 😊

The atmosphere is good but welcome staff is not proper and not so friendly when we requested for changing the room then he denied also air conditions is not proper only air cooler is there the highest cold temperature. Bhai completing the issue it not solved properly

Wonderful view of the hills. Nice large pool, lovely amenities. rooms were very spacious. great for a family get together. we had booked the residences suites
