Hotel Pristine

As always it was a very nice stay for me in hotel pristine. I enjoyed my stay here. Very neat and clean and good behaviour of staffs. Definitely use their service whenever i will be in pune next time.

Cleanliness pathetic bedsheets not changed in my 7 nights stay pillow covers are synthetic which are very uncomfortable

I have stayed in this hotel 2nd time now. And i am really happy to share that like last time this time also it was a nice stay for me. First of all the behaviour of hotel staffs were really good. Location wise it is in a convenient location. Hotel room and toilet was neat and clean. And above all the staffs in the hotel are so supportive always. I need to travel in pune frequently and surely i will stay here again. Thanks.

Issue that i faced: 1. A water bottle is not provided. 2. Bathroom taps are leakage and no shop / body wash nothing was available. 3. The wall was damaged. 4. Bedsheet was dirty. I will recommend that please don't go to this hotel. It is a waste for money

Felt like a cheap 500-600 rs hotel room. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and when i asked them for a repellent they said that we already gave it all away. And when i said, isn’t that your fault that you didn’t keep one for each room? they just went back to sleep.

Very friendly staff.

Early checking they have charged 400 for before 2 hrs other than this everything is fine.

Initially i have been given a room in which i found 2 cockroach however when i informed i was given better room hence at the end i had very nice experience.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The place was good and staff was good too. They helped me out with whatever stuff was required and i am glad i booked a right choice

I had a wonderful stay! the accommodation was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this place for a memorable stay! overall, it was a great experience!

Room ac good but food not service, no lift, no water also free service, brush peast provide room clean

Room were good with proper ventilation and spacious balcony room service is good but needs improvement had no issues the whole time

It was a decent stay and the locality is also good. Provides all the toiletries.

1. checkout time given by prisitine hospitality service was 11:00 am as mentioned in below but they called us by 10:00 am and said checkout timing is 10:00 am not the 11:00 am also they were not professional to talk with us also we gave our adhar card still they were like adhar card is not matching with your face etc also they told us to wait 10-15 min because of the adhar card issue and what i feel is adhar card picture is very cleared but i dont know why they guys we're behaving like this with us. they forcefully told us to checkout by 10:00 am also toilet was not clean even the dustin was stinky when we entred the room , also electricity issue was there and generator system wasn't there in the hotel service

2. there was no lift. no proper response

Comfortable stay as a couple, nice experience with Hotel representatives. Must visit.

Location is accessible and easy to find. They would have provided breakfast. At-least a water bottle. Room can be more clean. Washroom door was oily and not cleaned. Room was nice.
