the stay was terrible, rooms and washroom was not at all clean. for this rate there are better hotels nearby. we just stayed 1 day and shifted to another hotel

Overall its bad experience shown and given rooms are different.

On the positive side, room size is quite big. Location is good. Reception desk was friendly. On the flip side, upkeep and cleanliness is very poor. If you open your window (we had a non AC room), piles of rubbish, grime and filth is all you see around. Complimentary breakfast was on offer, but the start timing is not fixed; it was changed from 8 am to 8.30 am, we had to skip the breakfast.

Nice stay well located in the heart of the city easily accessible to any location.
Good stay and parking. I dislike is the breakfast varieties and very bad hygiene in restaurant during breakfast restaurant person what's sleeping at the time of breakfast and there was no varieties in breakfast. I stayed for 2 Nights. Restaurant owner was arrogant. Otherwise stay was good and value for money.

No hot water facility for 24 hours. No professional or trained staff. Rooms are untidy. Lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast quality is worst too in terms of taste, quality and arrangement.

Very expensive considering the condition of the room and the hotel. Could have got much better accommodation at the same cost. In addition, service was horrible. Tea ordered at 10 am did not reach the room till 12:30 pm even after frequent reminders. The hotel staff was not at all feeling shameful for this. Strictly not recommended.

Excellent restaurant; poor service overall at hotel; unfriendly female reception staff; watch room service and get a receipt as there is a ploy if you pay cash; TV was so tiny; 3 wheelers do not know the hotel..way off the beaten track

Interior of the room should be improved. Night lamp is not available. Stay was pleasant and staff was very friendly. They should include breakfast in the room rent because as per rooms condition it is very high.

Hotel Tourist International was a decent budget hotel. The room service was quick but the meals were rather overpriced. There was no turndown service. A/C and western toilet were only available in the super deluxe rooms. The location of the hotel was rather unfortunate, directly across from the metal smiths and rather far from any major tourist destinations. Nonetheless, I thought that I got a good deal for my money (aprrox. Rs 5000 for 4 nights), but I would not recommend this hotel for someone unfamiliar with India! The clerk at the front desk tried to have an overpriced auto take me to the airport although he insisted it was a good deal.

Poor location and quality of the rooms. Will not be staying or suggesting this hotel in future

The whole staff is very cooperative . I specially thanks to Mr. Tarun for assisting my family members stayed over there. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel and decent staff but needs to improve clenliness.

Very poor service from the staff, no bathroom amenities were given. Even for drinking water they charge double the M.R.P. Need to pay extra even for soap, shampoo or oil. No provision for hot water. No privacy. Anybody can peep into your bathroom anytime. The staff would just keep on ringing the bell until you open the door. Even the food was charged extra from what was written on the menu card. The rooms and the bathroom were very dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cover provided were even torn.
