खूप खराब हॉटेल होते रिसेप्शन वर स्टाफ खूप खराब वागणूक देत होता रूम मधे गेल्यावर फ़ोन वर सरळ उत्तर मिळत नव्हते ग्लास मागितला तर चार्ज द्यावा लागेल बोलत होते फ़ूड थ्री स्टार होटल असून फाइव स्टार पेक्षा जास्त रेट आहेत

Amazing stay and always consistent
the service was excellent and so was the stay. The staff is always available and caters to you immediately even at 1:30am. I myself have stayed here 4-5 times already and have never had any complaints.

Good Experience. They were professional. Few hick up do happen in service industry. But the staff is honest and owned up and immediately rectified the issues. Will visit again.

Phenomenal experience with the stay at IBIS. All staffs are very kind and professional and were always available for any and every kind of support required during this stay. These people made my stay very comfortable as much as that of at home. The chef and team and had never failed to surprise with the food experience. I had opted for breakfast for all 5 days of my stay and almost every other day I used to have such a soothing experience . Food was tasty and most importantly very healthy. I have never had such a great experience with any hotel stay ever. The entire hotel staff deserves a great applaud for their attitude and service. Very much satisfied with the hotel’s hospitality service. Highly valued and recommended.

Average Stay
We stayed one night at this hotel. With the room we availed for breakfast and dinner facilities as well. The dinner was ok. Not very bland but not too tasty as well. Breakfast was good with live omlette and dosa options. Bed was not a large one. Two adults can hardly accomodate. Other than that room facilities and ambience was good.

Food is not good and taste is very bad and accomodation is not good and washroom are very Short, very bad experience.

Terrible Stay
It was so unexpected to be served where food order was made almost 50 min prior of my call. And after calling, food order receiving system was not working properly. How in the hell those guys didn't got my food order. And once I mentioned that I have ordered food, they simply reiterated that what was my order. Knowing that what my order was, they didn't even care to check if in system that anyone has ordered or not. After that they mentioned chocolate milkshake is not available. What a great answer got from, I was expecting empathy from them, rather than that they were ok with cancellation of my order. Horrible!
