Terrible Stay
I have stayed for a night and felt horrible over the night. the room was so disgusting and the staff first disobeyed my booking due to low price through app. and later they alloted me the worst room of my entire trips. I would never reccomend this to anyone. Even they did not provide the breakfast saying kitchen is closed.

Terrible Stay
Actually I booked my stay in skylight studio rooms on 7th of october through make my trip but after I reached on location they told me we cannot give you room on this amount which is you paid through make my trip and they charged me more money for stay...that was very bad experience for us 😞

Terrible Stay
I stay in between huge cockroach’s.. Hotel cockroach’s keliye hai ya human ke liye pata hi nahi chala.

Terrible Stay
MakeMyTrip support team work is the worst, they are not taking any action on the hotel if the customer is facing any issue. For me when I checked in at that time the lift was not working, so moved me to another hotel, I booked with breakfast but the other hotel where I moved didn't have a restaurant and they provided a very cheap breakfast which I could get outside for Rs.40. also not provided water bottle so I have to pay Rs.25 for each bottle. I requested to cancel my booking on the first day but make my trip didn't help me.

Excellent Stay
Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Room service was quick. Only thing lacking was proper parking space. Otherwise, good value for money.

Worst experience
The room provided wanst same as i booked. On complaining they didnt change it. There were no lifts we had to carry our luggage on our own. Complimentary breakfast was not given. Rooms were dirty. No dustbin no toiletries now towel.Dirty bedsheets and pillows. Clearly they dont maintain the room. Plus there were insects in the room. I dont understand how people are rating this hotel a 5 star.

Extremely Pathetic
Pathetic hotel. It is very dirty. A government or trust run dorm is much better. I was given a room whose toilet / bathroom was outside the room. It was filled with cobwebs and dirt. There was no light bulb in it. The room was filthy filled with somehow washed bedsheets which were torn from one side. Never book this hotel.

I like it , their rooms , balcony, food . Everything was good here. The best part is their services . Very fast and quick.

Dirty rooms ac doesnt work hnclean bathroom unclean room. No one on reception . Have to wait for almost an hour for reception
