Clarks inn Bichpuri , Agra

The room was not clean. The bedsheets were dirty. Hot water was not available, and even after multiple requests, I had to bath with cold water. The electric kettle and teacup were dirty. The clerk really needs to improve.

Location is not good , 20 km away from Agra in a village, built in a marriage hall style. But Clark’s maintains its quality, food was good , room were very good , staff was helpful. For 3 to 4 thousand it’s a very good stay.

Hotel should have option about food for foreigners, coz I not vegan it difficult for me

I recently stayed at this property and while the hotel facilities and staff were very good, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the General Manager. Due to a genuine mistake during my booking, I requested support and resolution. Instead of handling the matter professionally and with empathy, the General Manager behaved rudely and showed no intention of helping. This was highly unprofessional and left a very negative impression, especially when the rest of the staff was polite and cooperative. A General Manager is expected to resolve guest issues with courtesy, but in my case, no resolution was provided and the attitude was dismissive. I hope the management looks into this matter seriously, as the property deserves better representation from its leadership.

Pros: 1. The hotel rooms were nice, spacious and with good quality of material used. 2. The park view with the pool is a good view. Cons: 1. Extremely remote location, one will be lucky if you get any cabs here so visit only if one has a personal vehicle. It's in a village so no market,no food stall, restaurant will be there. 2. Food quality is bad and very limited food options with almost the same breakfast everyday. 3. WiFi issue. 4. Not enough food options on the menu. 5. Some items in restaurant like chocolate and ice cream are extremely overpriced and they won't provide any bill if you purchase them. Final Verdict: Choose some other hotel near Tajmahal.

I stayed here for just one day, and it was a really smooth experience. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was neat, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The amenities provided were thoughtful, and everything I needed was easily available. Even though my visit was brief, I appreciated the calm atmosphere and how convenient the location was. Great value for money and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Awesome facilities,very supportive staff and good location. If someone wants to stay away from regular hotels , prefer this hotel and definitely find it different from other hotels.
