Hotel room doesn’t have any window, feels claustrophobic sometimes. Wifi is not working since we’ve arrived, so is the smart TV in absence of Wifi. There is no hair dryer in room/washroom, as mentioned in the amenities section. Breakfast is not worth mentioning and hotel management prefers to provide Dinner as complementary service. We had to order food from Zomato for lunch. Location is only USP, Tajmahal & Agra Fort is nearby - each within 4kms.

Great Overall Stay which deserves 5 star ratin

Food was great! There was some miscommunication. We ordered something and they brought something else but it was sorted from their end immediately. Apart from that, foods they served was delicious as well! Also, staffs are humble and welcoming. The room we booked was great. It was a very cozy and beautiful stay. The location is also very near to the main road as well as Taj Mahal entry gate. Overall it was a really nice experience!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Cleanliness and Basic Amenities Missing My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival—it was full of dust, and the towels provided were dirty. Even after multiple reminders, it took a while for the staff to replace the towels and mop the room. Unfortunately, even after cleaning, the room still didn’t feel properly cleaned. Additionally, basic amenities like air fresheners and mosquito repellents (such as All Out) were not provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made in housekeeping and overall room maintenance.

We booked two rooms checked in late and informed the property that we will check in late kindly keep the room ready as I was travelling with my parents. We were provided rooms at two extreme corners one is at beginning of the floor and one at the extreme end that too after waiting for 15- 20 minutes. In one there was luggage kept of someone. Had to ask for everything small things like sleeper to refrigerator. The most major issue was room lock key which was not working every now and then had to go to the reception to ask for master key. The most horrible thing happened in the morning when even master key was not working of the hotel and my parents had to wait for nearly half an hour outside the room. The even lacked the basic etiquette’s of providing chair and kept on arguing that these are technical thing and there was no fault from their side . This was the experience of our nearly 12 hours of stay. Actually they were right as it was our fault to book such a stay
