Staff was courteous and rooms were comfortable. Food is excellent and in room dining service is also upto the mark. Just one area of improvement was drainage in the bathroom because wash basin and shower drain were holding water, which I believe will be taken care next time.

They have two different tiers of rooms. However, they will give you the same rooms no matter which room you go for. This is not something you will realize until you have stayed here a few times. Their Standard and Superior rooms are the same and they do have rooms with a better TV unit but they may wnd ip giving you a room with a lower functionality TV even if you ho for their higher priced Superious room.
