Completely unprofessional right from check in when i walked into the lobby reception there was no one further after check in set top box deactivated which took more than half hour to rectify

Very nice stay, great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Hotel is very nice and value for money, rooms are spacious n clean and all amenities are there which required during travelling. We enjoyed staying here n if someone travel-ling from delhi to dharamshalla, it's a good center point to take break in una.

Non hygienic, zero sanitation, despite repeated reminders, no care, no courtesy, except change the room bathing water very heavy, no water treatment plant
