The Staff is very Rude,They overcharged me 1000.the towel was bit dirty they charged me for that. Very Bag experience

The service standard has been lowered. I have stayed in this hotel few years back. But now the service standard has been degraded to lowest. Right from staff behaviour to breakfast to rooms. Why they are giving complementary breakfast if u have to choose one among 4 options. It should be charged extra. The channels on televisions are very limited and mostly Punjabi. No point of having tv in room. Staff is ordinary. If I have not stayed in this hotel earlier I wudnt have be much disappointed.

WIFI Not got connect. called Room services - NO ANSWER NO DENTEL KIT / SLEEPERS GIVEN NO Packed water bottle was in room Given 2 Bottles after asking for water. kettle for making morning tea was not clean in such a terrible condition

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The food was delicious with good variety, and the staff was very cooperative and friendly throughout my stay. The facilities provided were also quite good and met my expectations. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience — I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel room was big . The rooms were so neat and clean. The staff was so good . wonderful hospitality. they provide breakfast from bikaner.

Room lights were not working properly, i tried to turn it off but switch wasn’t working. I informed to the hotel and manager. No one helped me. There were so many mosquito and flies in the room, I requested hotel staff to do something about it but no one helped me at all. It is most terrible hotel ever I have seen ever so I request everyone not to book this hotel ever.

It was a very poor experience no dinner available no slippers no Dental kit no Shoe Shiner tasteless breakfast only one item included .

It was a Great Experience. Room was neat , clean and spacious. Parking outside the Hotel was good. Staff was cooperative tho they do charge for sleepers and dental kit. Food was good.

The stay was excellent, the hotel is situated at the prime location with awesome amenities. Full mark for cleanliness, service is also excellent and staff are very polite.

No service, food is very bad, no hot water in bathroom, no proper bedding, no hospitality, restaurant staff is very rude, stay away.

Room service was not at all good. Staff was rude never provided basic things we need for stay. Bathroom sleepers, shampoo pouch and clean towel etc.

Services are pathetic. Pillow covers, pillows, quilt are in bad condition(teared and used. Aftr calling on reception they had changed my pillow however that was also equally dirty and bad.

Hotel misbehave with my brother and wife and denied check in and the matter is also going on in the email
