The name of the hotel given at At the time of Booking and in reality are different and the hotel original name is the Grand inn instead of Corporate Suites. Hotel manager demanded room charges even though it's paid at the time of booking the room When I told i will make a police complaint then only he told, No hot water available in the room. Room was hopeless.

The staff were really nice , the room was comfortable and spacious enough considering the charges. We only had breakfast and paratha was actually good, sandwich was average, over-all breakfast experience was average. The other amenities like all the lights weren't working, since my mother is old she can't help but need a low light at night in case . But low lights weren't working so we had to sleep with the big light on which was uncomfortable. So the whole experience was above average considering the price.
