I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent booking at Treebo Petals Banquets & Suites, Kolkata through your platform. Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations due to multiple issues with the property.
Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the entry to the hotel was extremely unclean, which was very different from the images and descriptions provided . Additionally, this property does not function as a proper hotel or guest house—instead, it primarily serves as a venue for weddings and birthday parties. This critical detail was not mentioned anywhere on your platform.
Furthermore, the room service was extremely poor, and when breakfast was delivered, it was completely cold. The level of service and hygiene did not meet even basic hospitality standards.
There is a significant discrepancy between what was shown and the actual condition of the property. Given this misrepresentation, I, as a long-time loyal customer , am extremely disappointed.
In light of this, I kindly request a full refund for our stay as the property did not match the expectations set by your platform. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at the earliest.
