Good Behaviour of the Head and the place is very beautiful

The ac was not properly cooling, washroom door lock was broken and was not able to lock the door and according to price room was not up to the mark.

We booked joey's nest for get together..we enjoyed a lot. We felt we are back in our hostel days.

Stayjng was like staying at home with all domestic helper hone jome and no one to assist. Service was too poor.

Good room, clean everything but Check-in after 6pm cost you to pay more. Breakfast was ordinary

we booked the property by looking at the pictures and by talking to the host clearly. but unfortunately important information like the number of floors and non availability of lift was kept unshared. we booked luxury apartment 7, which has a bathtub but there is no different shower place, it was very difficult for me and my husband who are 5.8 and 6ft respectively. we had the geyser right in front of us when we take shower. bath tub doesn't full faster and the stopper doesn't work. gas stove is given without gas, the property was smelling smoke as we entered initially

While the room itself was decent and the caretaker was polite and helpful, our overall experience at Joey's Nest was completely ruined by the host — the owner. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive from the start. Our MakeMyTrip booking clearly mentioned check-in time as 1 p.m., and we planned our travel accordingly. However, when we reached out upon arrival, the host bluntly told us that the check-in time is 2 p.m. and we should "come at 2." No explanation, no apology — just an outright refusal to accommodate or even listen. To be fair, it could have been a mistake from our side for not double-checking the "about property" section — but there was absolutely nothing clearly written there to indicate the 2 p.m. timing. Still, instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or offering any help — especially since it was raining heavily — the host showed no empathy whatsoever. Additionally all she had to say was she had communicated the check in time on a separate site 10 days back while the booking was done from MMT where the check in time is clearly mentioned as 1pm Her tone was cold, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Hospitality clearly means nothing to her. We were left stranded in the rain due to her indifference. The caretaker tried to help, but unfortunately, the owner's attitude overshadowed everything else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy and respect. There are plenty of other stays where the hosts actually care about their guests.

It was good and amenities are reasonable, however, not matching with the price for the accommodation

While the look of the room is as shown, the stay experience was awful. And it's not a feeling but hereby listing the issues... 1. Damp floor through out the house...for both the days. we had to wear slippers inside all the time as the barefoot walking felt sticky. They couldn't help with it. 2. Damp and smelling towels. and not replaced in 2 days. 3. Continous bad odor including smoking odor when we used to come back from outside 4. No tea bags . Owner finally sent it across on request 5. Fridge couldn't be opened...was smelling very badly 6. Dead roaches in bathroom..again leading to smell. 7. No attendant most of the time...had to be called out and he would report...but after 6pm that option also not available ..you are on your own. 7. Breakfast is DIY ...with some MtR packs and bread and milk carton. I don't think one would want to go on a holiday ...pay so much and spend their time on a wet floor

1.I would like to give a zero rating for this property 2.The odur of the room was terrible,with badly structured floor and no proper room cleaning services 3.while booking it was not mentioned that the car should be parked far away from the room(near the park) Make my trip should notify regarding the joeys nest owner rules while booking the room not after the room is booked (after booking we get the rules like pay extra Rs 500 if for check-in after 6 pm) 5.Free breakfast is not home food it's processed food which is terrible and it has to be prepared by us. 6.Pics provided while booking don't match ,there is no living room and the corridor stinks with smoke . 7.it is not worth paying the amount they charge..

The stay was good, the caretakers were very friendly and the room was clean and as shown in the image. There were lots of options for breakfast as well. Overall a pleasant stay and would highly recommend.
