Review Of Hotel Heera

Location was good but service was very poor. Room was very Smalley and so dirty. Hotel staff is very rude.

Room cleanliness is not good, service is not up to the mark, couch was damaged and after several reminders it was not replaced, not worth the price.

Bad hotel for staying, bad food, bad staff every thing bad. Horrible experience with myself! ac not working.

They mentioned that they have free parking in the hotel but when we went we see that they have no parking. As a result we have to park the hotel in the parking area of kolkata corporation, which was paid parking

Hotel booked thru mm t was confirmed but after reaching at hotel, there was no room. We have to wait for hours till manager arranged another hotel at a far of place and dropped us there. And for that we had to spent additional 1000 cost on transportation to our destination for our scheduled work.

Have to wait for 20 minutes to have our room, room condition not good, not cleaned at all, pouches even beer bottles are there from previous visitors, asked them to clean but didn't, don't provide towel, will recommend to stay, only positive is its location

My review 1. Dirty room 2. Tv was not working. 3. The bathroom was dirty. 4. The blanket were dirty too. 5. Terrible experience.

I stayed for approx 12 hrs. This hotel has a facility for early 6:00 am check-in with an extra cost. This was a very big plus point for me otherwise I had to book for 2 days. Location is very nice. Walkable distance from Esplanade metro. Room was small but it was fine for me as I didn't had to stay in the room for the night. My room was on 4th floor but lift was till 3rd Floor. This was a negative point for hotel. That is why I rated 1 star less for this hotel.

We stayed in a decent size family room. It was nice. Room service was very good. Location of Hotel is excellent.

Everything was good. But the room was very small. We had booked for three people. But the room was for 1 person. Maximum two people can adjust. Otherwise everything was good.

No one at reception on arrival for 15 minutes.

Hotel at good location but they don't have early check-in facility which is horrible if you reached before 12pm on check-in date. We have to pay extra too much money for that. Thanks.
