The stay experience is soo bad even worst i booked a different room they gave me a different one which is totally unhygienic and what not bad i can’t even express that place is soo unhygienic. Overall stay was hell worst

worst I feel like dirty everywhere hair fall everywhere Bad smell everywhere like a potty and I will never visit again.....

It is a good hotel for everyone. The price is not much than other hotels i suggest to friends for it.

Bedding was ok pillow was little dirty chair was dirty no water in cooler rest was clean and tidy

Worst hotel ever. They don't have lights no drinking water no towel no bedsheet and they will give you room at 4th floor and you need to use stairs to reach there. A lot of mosquitos in no light in full heat. Staff was rude af

Toilet commode is very dirty and the room bed sheets and blanket was worst i will never stay this hotel again.

Water was not available for drinking as well as for bath and toilet use room was not at all good 4 out of 10 rating for cleaning

Dear, i am writing to express my disappointment with the experience i had during my stay at the spot on hotel om shanti palace, which I had booked. My name is arun sharma and i stayed at the hotel from 14/04/2023 to 17/04/2023. During my stay, I faced multiple issues that made my experience very uncomfortable. Firstly, there was a shortage of water in the hotel, and we had to wait for long periods of time for the water supply to be restored. Secondly, the cleaning of the rooms was not up to the mark, and there were instances where the staff did not even clean the rooms for a day. Moreover, there was a lack of proper sanitization facilities, and the hotel did not provide enough hand sanitizers in the public areas. Another issue i faced was with the intercom system, not available and we had to go to the reception to make any requests. The behavior of the staff and the owner of the hotel was also very unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. This hotel is not safe for families. Hotel owner denied booking hotel when i was extending my booking. Hotel owner words we have no tie-up. Overall, i am fully frustrated with the poor quality of services and facilities provided by the hotel, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant for me and my family. I believe that the hotel did not live up to the standards advertised, and i would like to request a refund for my stay at spot on hotel om shanti palace, opp. Civil hospital in sector 45, chandigarh i look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my refund request. terrible room non hygienic condition, we also suffer water problem in bathrooms and no locks in rooms and even bathroom also. no service. bed also broken, dirty bedsheets

mattress was in very bad condition. there was no telephone in the room. receptionist number was also not working. very bad experience 😔.

But hotel owner is very nice and very sober.

The hotel was nothing like what the pics they shared on make my trip portal. Inf-act many pics are fake. Rooms are filthy with chewed tobacco/pan stains on the walls, stinking bedsheets and stained washrooms. They upgraded the room upon request the next day but there was no water in the washroom. It was an utterly unpleasant experience staying at this hotel and would not recommend to anyone. We checked out of this place in 2 nights despite paying ahead for 4 nights. It was just not worth it.

The receptionist who checked us in was very rude and did not understand anything we told him. The room was very unclean. We booked 2 rooms but only got one. There were cockroaches every where.

Horrible rooms. The rooms were so dirty that we could not stay even for 5 minutes. Was stinking so much. And we got out of the flow

bathroom was very dirty, room was also not clean, room was smelling. i couldn't eve stay there for 10 minutes in the room. Very bad dirty hotel i have ever seen in my life.

The room is very unclean. They had provided a room which was used by another person before without making it clean. The room and the bathroom were very unclean. The room cost only below 300 rupees, but even though they didn't clean the room.

Overall a good experience. Stayed for three nights. Ideally located at a good location

it was awful staythe hotel is situated in centre of automobile repair shops and filthy market.the room inside is even worse as each of room has got water leakage and dampness all over with unbearable foul smell.the beds are not actual beds- they are cott and have enough noise coming to not let you sleep.the bedsheet provided are full of stains and not washed since ages.and on top of all - water given by them is non -sealed water bottles and if you ask a mineral water bottle they charge you 1.5 times the price .a big no for this hotel
