Rooms were not clean and they shifted me to a different hotel

The bed sheets were dirty . And towels were also dirty and room was smelling horrible. I should not recommend this to any one

They give other locations hotel and they room are very chip quality and very bad service.

simple adjustable for a single person. basic amenities are present. it's overall good experience price wise

Cancelle pls. I have leave the hotel. Now stay another so pols refund me booking hotel. Room is on 4th floor. Not clean. Bed is not so good.

Service was good but the room was not good, widow glass was broken due to that reason the room was too cold at night, also too much disturbance from outside, difficult to sleep

It is fine as per value clean room and clean toilet. Though the hotel is kind of someone’s house . No TV in the room

First of all the name of the place is not the same as mentioned. it's location is also different. Secondly the rooms are also not up to the mark. i upgraded to an ac room and they demanded double the price. and even the ac was not working properly. they did not provide any remote for either the tv or the ac. when I asked for it they just said "haan ac chalega apne aap, aap so jaiye". the staff was also very impolite and not helpful at all. bathroom also had leakages and bedsheets were not clean.

The stay was average, rooms were given in the different hotel with same name. Staff was supportive. Ok if you just need to sleep a night.

Location was interior another hotel same name and this created confusion. Room was in third floor with big steps difficult to carry bags one of our room geyser was not working. But the rooms well insulated hence panel hence warm. Not recommended for family solo/bachelor travellers can try if only night sleep is needed.
