Hotel Golden Height

Room is normal. Washroom is not good. Staff behaviour is so good. But a minimum budget room is approx good. Drinking water facility is available here. Parking facility is so hard.

Room condition is so poor on bed sheet is smelling anywhere is so dusting and toilet not work properly, hot water not provided,

The location is very bad, no parking although during booking, it was said parking is available. staff behavior is sort of okay. The place is not good for family or couples.

Pros: Property located in centre of Chandigarh. You will find the Hotel very easily. Staff are well behaved. Geyser works well. 24X7 Water Supply. Cons: The bed sheets has foul smell and they don't wash it properly.

The hotel is poor in quality, switches are not working ac is not working at all the wiring of gizer is fully open also not working

it's a very bad hotel ....also very terrible staff.....not supportive at all .....have taken my money also not refunded....very bad service

My experience was very good

I went there with my little brother all the way long tp chandigarh from jhansi the owner of the hotel is ridiculous and don't know how to treat there customers I would never suggest anyone to go there as the room were pathetic even the locality also they were awesome and partially refunded me the money but when I asked about my 1000rs which was paid extra in cash from onwer he started misbehaving saying I will deduct 200rs for 1 hour AC you have used I mean I booked it for 3 night f.upgraded it to AC paying 1000rs extra where the TV was not working now.after customer support tried contacting the owner he did not responded and responsded after 1.hour saying the guest need to pay for 1.night now if I am paying for 1.night and leaving the hotel immediately how can he ask for more money and then I had an very bad argument with them and told that owner I will call police he without arguing further gave back my full money OMG..... literally such people should be tackled in this way only stupid owner with non sense services. Please pay a little bit extra but never visit such ridiculous properties

Room was totally different from what is shown in picture , since i didn’t had any other option i had stay

near from Bus stand 43, In the middle of sector 45 Market ...room was non ac but it was good...Stay here for one night .No complaints

Very poor facilities in the stay. There were no locks in for the rooms. When asked they gave the locks which weren’t getting locked. Just coz of this I had to lose my ear pods.

I came from Bangalore and had to stay in Chandigarh. It’s my second time, but Good stay, good service.
