The hotel room is big and AC is good. The room service is also good. I ordered chilli chicken and it was wonderful. Bathroom is also big. The room is good if you are travelling alone as for family the location is not so good. For the money I paid room is very good.

Mosquitose bed bugs and what not .. My worst experience in staying in a hotel. Unprofessional staff and rude behaviour. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. Location was OK but neither the rooms were clean nor the behaviour if staff was good. It was a mistake staying there.

Please don't try this hotel, weste of money between hotel room and office there is no wall only glass window and curtain no privacy I complaint to make my trip and hotel, make my trip told me they will change room but they didn't change. Make my trip also do nothing.

Overall experience with diamond hotel was good. Room is under budget, with privacy, no distabance, good food, located near ATM, college. My all experience was too good. I enjoyed too much in Chandigarh and I was very comfortable with that hotel services. Thank you

Room was dirty, bathroom was very dirty... Bedsheet was not clean... Showed some other room on App but the hotel was book.. So got the adjustment at their 2nd hotel.. Seriously the room that I got was not good at all. It was very dirty. MMT it was my first experience with you and it was worse...

Needs to improve co-ordination among administrators. Foe each work you need to argue than only they provide you service. Its needs to be improved. Good breach fast and accommodation. Near to CTU Bus stand. Locality is average. Its good if you are panning business trip.

The hotel in your budget with very good facility and their service is too good all the staff are well behaved. Hotel accommodation is good for family's and friends. Hotel manager behaviour is good and loveable.

Last night I stayed in Diamond hotel, location is all most good. Room was clean and food is good. Room service is good. Staff is cooperative and good. I can say that according my experience good budget hotel in Chandigarh.

They don't provide us any towel, soap like OYO Rooms. OYO service is better than Makemytrip. I ordered vegetable sandwich. They just kept tomato and kheera slices in between bread and serve us. No salt no cream.

Booked Hotel Diamond but shifted to another hotel at the time of check in. Staff behaviour good and value for money. Chandigarh is away from this hotel near about 12 km. I am happy with staff behaviour.

If we say about this hotel in one world then we can say this hotel is average. The hotel location is far from railway station. Hotel room service is good but there is a small problem in the room there is no water for drink if you want to drink water then you have only one option you buy the water. Overall this hotel is average. You can stay here.

Budget hotels in Chandigarh are poor at hospitality. It was a real noisy AC. During my 3 days stay, I complained 6 times for the same. They said that they would change my room as soon as one is vacant. Rooms were vacated, but they didn't change my room. Dirty linen. Bad and expensive food. Had to eat outside.

The location is at its best. Rooms are clean and I had opted for a double bedroom for my family size of 5 members. Staff at the front desk are really helpful for any kind of assistance required and access to the sightseeing places are within 10 km radius. I will definitely recommend this place for my fellow travellers.
