room was in worst condition, service was too poor. Also location of this stay is weird. This was the worst stay in my life. Walls were full with dampness. Insects over The bed

we had booked 4 rooms, only 1 was vacant and for rest cleaning was going on. In the ready room, there was cigarette smell. the steps going upto the rooms were very steep and things looked very shady - totally UNFIT FOR FAMILY. We removed our luggage and booked elsewhere. Entire tarif for 4 rooms went down the drain. I request to manually verify hotels before hosting it

I have booked a hotel including breakfast from my trip, but there is no kitchen in the hotel, i arranged food from zomato. there is no cleaning in the room, lots of mosquitoes are there and there is an unhygienic room. hotel and MakeMyTrip both are doing malfunction, unverified hotel. don't book for even sort stay.

We stayed here for one night and deeply regret choosing this hotel. It’s completely run down and the rooms look nothing like depicted on the pictures. The service is catastrophic with missing keys for the rooms and sketchy alternatives. The staff is very unwelcoming and shows no interest in assisting at all. The washroom do not meet basic hygiene standards. We have travelled quite a lot throughout India and visited many hotels but this was a complete disaster. Especially for families planning to stay with kids this hotel is a complete no go due it’s condition.

I stayed at this hotel in Chandigarh Sector 45 and it was honestly a very disappointing experience. The hotel is hidden deep inside narrow lanes where cars can’t reach, so we had to walk in carrying all our luggage which is not ideal at all, especially if you’re new to the city or have heavy bags. There is no food service available at the hotel. If you want to eat, you’ll have to order through Zomato or Swiggy every time. Even for water, they don’t provide sealed bottles they just provide used plastic bottles filled with RO water, which didn’t feel hygienic. The rooms are very small and the washrooms are equally cramped. The condition of the hotel is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures online. Many doors had no proper locks and some were completely jammed and wouldn’t open at all. The balcony was filthy, and the floors throughout the place were dusty and unclean. It feels outdated, cramped and neglected. Some people might say “this is what you get for the price,” but honestly, I’d rather pay a little more and get a clean and honest place. At the very least, post real photos and stop misleading people. Also, the hotel owner really needs to step up. It’s not just about ordering staff to clean. The issue is not basic cleaning. It’s the cracked walls, old fittings, broken tiles and the poor condition of the building itself. What this place really needs is a proper renovation, not surface-level commands. If you’re running a business, invest funds into the property and bring it up to a decent standard. The staff wasn’t rude and they did try to help where possible but there’s only so much they can do with what little they have. Would not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent stay. Even after showing my confirmed booking details, the staff initially refused to acknowledge my reservation. Shockingly, they only informed me at 11:55 AM—just 5 minutes before the check-in time—that no rooms were available. When I was finally allotted a room, it was in poor condition. The bedsheet and blanket cover were dirty and stained, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the stairs were extremely steep, and there was no lift, making it very difficult for elderly guests to access the rooms. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all, and I hope steps are taken to improve the service and cleanliness for future guests.
