Dear, i am writing to express my disappointment with the experience i had during my stay at the spot on hotel om shanti palace, which I had booked. My name is arun sharma and i stayed at the hotel from 14/04/2023 to 17/04/2023. During my stay, I faced multiple issues that made my experience very uncomfortable. Firstly, there was a shortage of water in the hotel, and we had to wait for long periods of time for the water supply to be restored. Secondly, the cleaning of the rooms was not up to the mark, and there were instances where the staff did not even clean the rooms for a day. Moreover, there was a lack of proper sanitization facilities, and the hotel did not provide enough hand sanitizers in the public areas. Another issue i faced was with the intercom system, not available and we had to go to the reception to make any requests. The behavior of the staff and the owner of the hotel was also very unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. This hotel is not safe for families. Hotel owner denied booking hotel when i was extending my booking. Hotel owner words we have no tie-up. Overall, i am fully frustrated with the poor quality of services and facilities provided by the hotel, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant for me and my family. I believe that the hotel did not live up to the standards advertised, and i would like to request a refund for my stay at spot on hotel om shanti palace, opp. Civil hospital in sector 45, chandigarh i look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my refund request.
