The Manor House

Difficulty in locating the place since entrance is very nondescript. The lift wasn't working and nobody was there to help carry my luggage up three floors. Maintenance not upto the mark, the vintage lamp had only three out of five bulbs working. Food was good but less options.

It's a mixed experience.. room was clean, classic retro style themed. Good one. but on our 2nd day, the entire AC system got stopped due to some VRF failure. That's an electrical issue... happening only when servicing was not done timely. so It's not a good sign. otherwise staffs are very good. well behaved, helpful & responsive . outside food not allowed so we ordered meals from inside restaurant and it's a disappointment. food was so average. Overall, it's an average stay for us.

Property was good and location is awosome while food and is okayish. But amenities are available wherreever required besides wrrvice is great

Rooms are disgusting Pool is not there The doors have no locks.

The hotel looked very old and the sheets were not clean. The room smelled of cigarettes and ac wasn't working properly. Overall disappointed with the money I paid for the room and the services received.

The rooms are quite good giving an antique look. Have not tried anything else.

the stay is good overall and the staff is really helpful too but some things like twin beds should not be there which creates a lot of unnecessary problems. otherwise a really good place location wise especially.

Nice place but the sofa and chairs were decidedly grimy and it smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to get them to change the bedsheets as they smelled stale and smokey. But the staff working there were excellent and helpful. It just needs the manager to spend for a partial refurb, and stop smoking in rooms.

I arrived early there, they have a restaurant in the property and the staff asked me to sit in the restaurant. I had my breakfast there. They gave me an early check in. Friendly staff, good rooms.

I stayed in the manor house for 2 days. Loved the old world charm of this property. Food prepared by the chef is awesome. Must try the burger for breakfast. Great staff. Thanks to suman and the folks at reception. They took great care of us. I will visit the property again.

I visit kokata off and on and have stayed in different hotels right from itc royal bengal, hindustan international, kenilworth etc. Decided to try hotel manor house this time and was very disappointed. It cannot be termed a hotel rather a guest house. Breakfast is big let down. Towels are coarse and rough with wash. No tissues, face towels etc. In room. Water is from aquaguard and mineral water is payable i was told. I paid more for 4 nights and i feel my hard earned money has gone down the drains.

The property was nice but it’s quite ill kept. The walls had seepage, the sofa was torn and dirty, all bed linen and towels were yellow and smelly. The furniture was beautiful and feels sad that it’s not maintained, there was dust everywhere. Despite all this i stayed there and the final reason to leave was the noise till 2 in the night from the street and party office.

I like it quite good. Services are good and very helping attitude. Food quality was good and quantity was too much for one person. Two things are very bad that there was no mirror in room at all. Only one small mirror in rest room. Room door lock & bathroom's lock was not proper work. Pls. Take care for these two things.

The stay was quite nice. Really loved the overall antique decor of the place, the old world charm in the furnitures, fixtures and even the paintings adorning the wall. Overall a nice stay, the breakfast ordered was also as per expectations. There’s no car park that’s a negative. Otherwise staff was also very helpful.

Hotel was clean n today, rooms give a vintage vibe that’s feels good

The place gives out the vintage aesthetic vibe. All the facilities were available. Food is decent as well
