My stay at the property was truly pleasant and comfortable. The location was excellent — easily accessible and conveniently situated near major attractions and transport options. It offered a peaceful environment while still being close to everything important. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Every meal felt fresh and hygienic, and the dining experience was enjoyable overall. The amenities provided were very good — clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and all basic facilities were well-maintained. property was very near to my office which was great. person managing the property was polite and humble. rooms and bedsheets are not that clean bathroom is clean

A horrible experience during my stay. The AC was broken. Even their was no mirror. The bedsheet and pillow was dirty. Room was unclear. And the food is soo poor in taste. Even the safety for door lock was soo poor. Just in one wast a horrible experience during my stay.

room size very narrow & small,wall type is very bad .after complain no impact to hotel reception just about slow of water supply in bath room,did not give any breakfast to us in 2days.

Overall, the experience was just okay. The property is roadside, so it was easy to find, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. However, we didn’t get the rooms we believed we booked—while we reserved 2 AC triple rooms, what we received felt more like AC doubles. Not sure if this was intentional. The rooms were very basic, and one bathroom flush wasn’t working, though the AC functioned fine. For the price, the stay could have been much better.

I'd booked a deluxe room that cost me but the rooms were far from my expectation. First they gave me a room that had terrible interior with a dimly lit area and the fan was not working. Then after complaining about the fan, they changed my room. The new room was better than the previous one but still not anywhere close to what I paid for. The washroom was dirty with the taps not working properly.

On that particular day lift was not functioning despite the fact that 😀😎have been facilitated on 4th floor roon no 117.
