property om the Main road but old buliding .No good Lucking bad sheets is very dirty

Rooms and it’s walls are of poor quality. Specially the washrooms. Pathetic. But service is very good and very quick.

No one will listen to your complaint. Toilate flush not working after complaint 6 time, no answer, no solution, & All the staff just expect a tip from you, in the end everyone will come to you for a tip.

Staff are helpful and service is very fast and neat and clean hotel.the food is super tasty

The prices are too high. The property is also about 50 years old, all facilities are of 40-50 years old cleanniness is good, linens were old as feel like dharamshala

I have booked a room for 3 adults but they have arranged only 2beds and one sofa which is terrible.

Room size was small as compared to the prices. It was very uncomfortable to stay as it was not well furnished and moderned.
