Average Stay
Rooms are very old and the bathroom was not in a good state, with a broken ceiling and inoperable exhaust fan. Bed and sheets had stains on them.

Heater issue
Heater is not working. Room size was small and there’s no basic things in bathroom like brush and tooth paste.

Basic facilities- centrally located-hig price
Centrally located with 80 ft road at a walkable distance. The price is slightly high for the facilities offered, which are very basic.

familyLocation was little inside, but quiet place in a residential area. Their hospitality was good. Food was excellent, even though limited, but homely. Major issue was with room cleanliness, toilet and we even found a cockroach inside the room. Price was way too high for the stay.

Superb hospital i
familyI was staying with my family along with my 18 month old baby. The room was big, airy and clean. The staff were polite and were just a call away. Great location as the cafes and shops were in walkable distance. Overall had an amazing experience

Clean and comfortable
soloWe have stayed at sanctum suites, new bell road on a few occasions earlier. For us, it is well located. The premises are very clean, everything works well and the employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is good. Not fancy, but good food served hot. For other meals, there's swiggy and zomato. The price is also moderate and in the sweet spot for a bed and breakfast offering.

Comfortable stay
familyRoom was spic and span. Soap, handwash liquid and clean towels were provided. Room was spacious, electric kettle and iron box and iron table was given. Complimentary breakfast was simple. Hotel is near good restaurants so one can order or walk the distance. Everything nearby. Our stay was comfortable.

Cordial front office staff.
Food was good but only breakfast is there no afternoon lunch and dinner for which you have to go outside. Cleanliness and staff were very good. Need to put up a board outside / nearby. Otherwise it is difficult to locate the place. Overall a satisfied and a happy stay

Clam place, neat, homely feel and all time approachable for any help, staffs were behaving good overall the stay was soooooo good also its neat to ms ramaiah, it was walkable distance and that helped me a lot

Comfortable stay
The location is quiet peaceful though in prime location yet away from hustle of the traffic. The staff was quiet cooperative and very we'll mannered. No dine in facility available for lunch and dinner, saying that the breakfast is quite decent.
