Faced very bad experience

I have already booked the room and made the payment. But when we reached there the receptionist said that they have sold the room for black. We have fight-ed them for half an hour and got the room. Even if after the booking with full payment done what sort of service are they providing. Very bad to say that why you providing service to these type of poor hotels
