In the app it was shown very nice and clean but it happened like expectations vs reality cause people from the hotel didn't provide a single water bottle the bed sheet not clean and the environment i must say not good for i mean couples who're gonna stay for longer time ..

Location is perfect, nearby restaurants are good, and the services were just fine. Room size and cleanliness was not up to the mark.

They didn’t allowed my friend to come and meet me, i had to book one extra room for whole night just to spend little evening time and have dinner together. Never go there specially if u are girl or couple.

My booking was denied by the hotel management and they asked me for extra money and they didn’t provide any amenities

Good clean rooms with enough space for two people to spend together. Location of the hotel is next to a lot of restaurants and cafe's.

It was not pleasant stay. Zero clean, dirty everywhere including switches, hard to breathe in 1 word

The hotel is almost situated right beside a prime location where literally everything is accessible and also is very near to hosur road. And that's the only positive thing about this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days (and i believe i'm most eligible to write this review) let me list down negatives now: 1- hotel and rooms are too shabby and doesn't give you confidence to stay at least with your families (glad i stayed alone) 2- no ventilation (literally you cannot open the window due to a noise from nearby restaurants and also there are no grills) and no ac provided for the price we pay. 3- rooms are full of roaches and bed bugs. You will wake up itchy the next morning. Also, the breath smell stays due to no ventilation at all. You have to keep the door wide open and keep your fan to full speed to let the smell go. 4- no drinking water and no heater. You will have to call the reception to bring up and switch it on for your room (yes, you have to mention your room no to get it turned on) 5- bathroom is very small and you hardly get to turn around while you bath. Wash basin is too small to spit after you brush. 6- you will always find yourself suffocating or frightened as it gives a vibe where crime is going to take a place anytime now (jmo) 7- no lifts and you have to be very careful with those staircases as it is very slippery and steeps down a bit (old people please be very careful) 8- no kettle, no soap(given 5 rs medimix at start, no shampoo provided.

The room was decent. However, the bed was a little dusty that caused allergies. There was no water in the jug. The overall experience was not bad.

Room was good but no room service and also no water bottle provided. Every time we have to go to first floor and fill the water.

Very near to madiwala signal. Easily accessible to the property, the amenities provided was good and friendly staffs

We stayed 02 here, self & my 9 yrs old son. Reasonably & economically good for small family(not more than 03) clean & tidy. Nice restaurants nearby to chill out for veg & non veg lovers

It was nice to stay at royal nest. Staffs are good and coperative. I recommend others to pref-ear this hotel

No telephone facility, no lift. Rooms are extremely small. Though the staff were good. I wished they had charged less for such a compact room.

The room is not clean and the drinking water bottle is not available it has only normal water house keeping not good very dust and crochet

The bathroom was tiny with a broken door. Bedsheets were not clean. The whole hotel was shabby and dirty. Would not recommend to anyone.

Water leakage is there in the bathroom, bed is not comfortable as it's making noise, otherwise it's good
