Terrible Stay
I have requested the cancellation of our booking for 24th August with a full refund. Unfortunately, the accommodation provided on 21st August did not match the booking we had confirmed and fully paid for. We had specifically booked a deluxe room with a balcony and a king-size bed, but instead were given a room with a queen-size bed and no balcony. This mismatch resulted in major inconvenience. Our guests accompanied with child , the smaller bed and limited space made it very uncomfortable for them, and they were not able to sleep properly throughout the night. As they are close family, I do not wish to put them through this discomfort again, and hence

It was a nice place to stay. Food was good but little expensive. Quantity vs price ... Hot water was missing. Everything else was fine n easy to approach staff.

Food was okay. Staff was not cooperative. Service was not good. They did not provide the bill during checkout and later through mail they have provided me the wrong bill and now not even rectifying it

Hotel are not good for long stay & staff is very rude
This hotel have their setup's rules. They can't give you food after 03:00PM even if you late only one minute they don't have humanity. They are close their kitchen 03:00PM to 07:00PM & kitchen staff also very rude my experience is not good during the stay.

Woodrose Club is not a hotel in the traditional sense, but a well-maintained club that also offers guest rooms. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. The location is peaceful and tucked away from the city’s chaos, yet conveniently close to the main road. The breakfast spread wasn’t extensive, but the items provided were fresh, clean, and tasty. The restaurant offered a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. One thing to note is that there are often functions or parties happening in the common areas. However, these didn't cause much disturbance in the guest rooms and didn’t affect our overall comfort. Room service was a bit slow — we had to follow up a few times with reception to get the restaurant menu and some basic toiletries. Despite that, our overall experience was pleasant and comfortable. A good option if you're looking for a peaceful stay with decent amenities.
