TV was not working Ceiling was damaged Pillow was pretty hard so unable to sleep well Bathroom shower was damaged Water pressure for jet was very low Essentially I think they are closing down

There is no suite room in the hotel whereas they take bookings at a higher price for the suite room and a normal deluxe room is bigger and better than the so called suite room. if you ask for anything to the front desk their answer is always no. The hotel is not worth what it is charging the customers. It is just a basic lodge and not a hotel.

My stay was very good. I had come here for official work. And as my office was close to the hotel, this location was way convenient for me. As far as the rooms are concerned. It was neat and clean spacious and comfortable. I loved the location too it was absolutely in the heart of the city. And there were some lovely eating joints and cafes nearby. That was the best part. Also you can Swiggy for food if you wish . The staff of the hotel were nice . Right from security at the gate, to the reception ,to housekeeping., also the room service was good. Breakfast was ok. I didn’t order from the room service so really can’t comment on the food. But overall experience was nice . Would recommend this hotel for my future travels . Thnx

The stay was quite good and peaceful

It was a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and staff were polite. We did early check in at 9:30 and without asking anything they gave us the room key.

Very nice property rather excellent in terms of its interiors, decorations and rooms. Reception area, restaurant and rooms have been designed very aesthetically. Interiors and decor is of extremely superior quality. Staff is also polite, humble and helpful. However the restaurant menu is very limited and therefore we had to eat outside. There aren't many options within walking distance. Breakfast menu isn't too great. Also service is quite tardy which i found is due to a shortage of staff as per the ideal requirement. They should look into these aspects.

Had a wonderful stay at alpha suites, a cozy hotel! the service was excellent and the breakfast spread was delightful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Even though we had checked out, they ensured our comfort and security till we got our cab. We will definitely refer this place and would love to stay again.

Room was very clean, very polite staff, they arranged a taxi past midnight for my safe drop off to airport, they even were courteous enough to call me as i was late, rather than simply cancel-ling my booking, short stay but good experience.

It was a business trip. I'm happy with the facilities, atmosphere and food. I will give preference to the same hotel during my next visit

We stayed only for a day, the rooms were neat and clean and spacious. The washrooms were clean as well. The bed was comfortable as well

There is no kitchen the rooms are suffocating the windows are positioned in such a way that you cannot open that it will hinder your privacy. Breakfast was not good in taste. Only pros are neat and clean rooms and neat to market.

Still work is going on can't stay in the room at day time because of the noise. Price is high compared then hotel condition
