WORST STAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!
1) There is constant music playing at the property throughout the day, starting from 8 am in the morning till 10 pm at night. Even after repeated requests of turning down the volume or switching it off, the staff did not listen. I had severe headache because of the music. So if you want to relax in silence and peace, this is absolutely not the place to be.
2) The staff is very rude and non-cooperative. Any of the concerns I had were countered with one excuse or another. Can you turn down the volume of the music? No it's hotel policy. Why is the not not cleaned even after 6 hours have passed since I made the request. Room gets cleaned after 2 pm. Etc Etc. They were not receptive towards requests and suggestions and behaved very strangely.
3) Pathetic service. I had to remind and follow up multiple times to get what I ordered. They were super late with even a small thing like room cleaning.
4) Unclean and very average rooms. The bedsheets, towels, doormats, napkins etc were all having a strange smell and had spots on them. Seemed like they didn't wash them. The room smelled terribly.
Overall, the worst stay I have ever had in any hotel. If you want to enjoy for vacation, please do not stay here. They try to gain good reviews by giving free milkshakes, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE COMING TO GOA FOR A STAY.

where as a few Points Highlighted by you are nowhere related to your experience purposely written to defame our Hotel i will give you valid response on each point you have highlighted .
1-)Music in Property - we have a guideline morning not 8 am what you mentioned , we start up music by 10:30 am that's also a spiritual mediation background music which gives a lot of peace & positivity while guest having breakfast they enjoy . i dont what felt you wrong a part from 120 other guest who was staying with us .
even after your request my team has stopped the music where a majority of guest at the Pool side said why you stopped music please resume . we always honour guest request and since you should feel uncomfortable kept a minimum volume
2-) Staff is Rude - as you mentioned just to clarify madam our each one of teammate is so flexible and helpful for guest which they maximum praise in review you the first who mentioned Rude No under standing why you had mentioned this .
