Average Stay
Its prime location. Easy to access to all attractions from this location. No direct beach access. But beach access is right opposite. Staffs were very courteous. Rooms are average. Cleanliness average. But better than the other rooms in the area. Overall experience was ok and i would recommend this place

Average Stay
Location is good as it is very close to Baga beach but amenities are not as good. In our room no. 1206 AC was not serviced. But overall since options in the area are limited. So grab it.

Awesome rooms but hardly food options!!
Only and only 2 + for this property is.. Very close to baga beach and cottage style contemporary rooms which made stay a little worth... else very less food options not even meeting the variety of a small average hotel and this got 4 star rating.. I would just rate them 7/10

The experience was good , I went with my family for 3 days but sometimes there was no water supply nd light was going on nd off continuously, would like them to pay attention on them Thanks

Average Stay
It was my first visit to North Goa and it was a mixed hotel experience. While I found the staff courteous & food was good, but there were many things which were not up to the mark. First of all I booked Pool View room & found the room very small. Latter with help from staff changed to Premium villa room (which was much better), surprisingly this category was cheaper in makemytrip hence it left a bad taste. Swimming pool didn't had any kids section hence were not able enjoy that. This is first time I encountered a pool facility without out kids section. I was not able to connect TV to wifi, so ended up using my hotspot for 3 days. No cable connection hence used my OTT subscriptions to view the channels.

Terrible Stay
The resort was not meeting the standard. Power cut almost in every half hour no automated genarator set. Mouse in the property. Leaches are there in the property. For food you have to wait for more then 1 hour.

Poor Stay
Except for location, things were not up to the mark. Had stayed for 4 nights with family. Property managed very poorly - 1) No gym- it’s just in photograph not in reality. 2) Dirty pool and nothing for kids. Seen multiple insects inside pool 3) Food was half cooked and over oily. 4) Even children were part of booking they asked for per night for extra bedding. Properties like this could have been managed better. Staff is good and polite.
