This is just a 3 star hotel with 4 star badge, they gave us room in 2nd floor room no 1204 and no lift available in hotel room building, Imagine this is our worst nightmare, also room key has disaster..always it stop working in every next day and imaging you have to climb 2nd floor for room and climb down for reception to inform key not working and then again climb back.. And breakfast also only 2 Veg option available in buffet, their is lots and lots and lots of options available in this area in similar price, Not recommended anyone if they willing to spend or more for one night.

Decent stay at Goa
Stay was fine. Overall service was slow. Room locks were not functional. No room upgrades, restaurant food was good but charges pretty high. They had cab services to the nearby beach but again it was fixed timing only.

good rooms
location was good and easy to find. property parking is a little inconvenient. they allow only their taxi's to take the prime spots near ur villa. rooms are good. food choice can be better; but certainly decent choices. service is kind of ok. sometimes, housekeeping take time to respond. hotel keys getting reset is a big hassle as it happens multiple times. both pools are good; but a little small in size.

Overall good stay!
The location is great, property is well kept and maintained, the hospitality - right from the watchman to the desk were polite and helpful. Food at their restaurant Melati was good too. Some minor suggestions - the door locks were a task, water bottles (even the first one) was charged double the cost, lets not speak of the mini bar.. these could be better. Overall good stay, would recommend again.

Poor Stay
Room key was not working properly, that’s why power supply got disconnected multiple times in night., even I suffered for 2 hours in night without night. requested multiple times , they replied we can’t change key as well as room

Luvly place. Great service.
We stayed in Superior room. It was comfortable for 3 of us. It had king bed and they had also provided folding sofa cum bed which was great. Service at hotel and restaurant was prompt and friendly. Pool was clean and well maintained. Restaurant serves great menu options like Chicken cafrael with Poi. Would surely lyk to stay again with them

Average Stay
We booked deluxe but was upgraded to superior one. Room where nice service was good. They had gym but its was no use instead they shouldn’t advertise gym. On breakfast part they had limited option.

familyHotel is good. Food is very good. Shuttle service is the best part. Mr Hanumant service boy has helped me alot .. He guided me about the local sight scenes . Overall stay was good. i recommend this hotel for family stay
