Property is good. Food was served hot and tasty. Staff is good. Very near by to beach. Worth the stay. Swimming pool is well maintained. Overall very good

Rooms quite good but surrounding is pathetic. Room service and food quality very bad. Shown photos and actual property looks different

Overall our stay was ok. Renovation is going on so disturbance was there. Liked the location and food was good. One of the villa is having cockroaches but staff changed our room and gave another. But due to renovation work we were again shifted back to that previously given villa.

This was my 9th visit to Goa and this property was horrible, totally contrary to images shown, big rats inside the property in night, very unhygienic toilet broken sofa worn out towels, staff behavior was good overall.

The room was stinking through out the stay. While the staff was hospitable and helpful. The infrastructure is deteriorating. There was fungus on the main hall wall.

The rooms there were very bad everything was old there nothing is as shown in the image if you go there your money is wasted.

Swimming pool was decent, hot water and hair dryer was excellent. People were very nice and polite. Location is perfect.

This is more of a home state and not a resort. The property is located at a very good place, just a few mts from calagunte beach. The staff is very approachable and always help wherever needed. The property however is very old and needs a lot of maintanence, broken doors, shower windows, broken sofa etc. I hope the owners look into uplifting the property and fixes these issues

The food was great, the sea view from terrace wasn't up to the mark. The jacuzzi wasn't a great of the experience. But, very neat house, very close to calangute beach.
