It was very average , they charged extra for kids ! And the rooms were in outside the hotel. Chef was very closed , didn’t properly talk.

Terrible Stay
Manager Avinash and other staff are extremely rude. Not ready to listen to the guest's problems. Offered us the worst room of the hotel and at a remote place. Argued for more than an hour. Lied that other rooms were occupied, but actually the rooms were available. MMT also didn't help either. Pathetic service from MMT.

Excellent Stay
the property was very well maintained. the food and service was excellent. i travelled with my whole family. the place is child friendly and very good for them. the beach is just right next to the property. dining option is also very diverse and tasty.

2.5 day stay in the Resort was Average
Good: Facility, food quality, location to beach, access to beach. Bad: charging for early checking or late checkout, in home dining expensive, argumentative reception, connectivity unless you have your own vehicle - hotel cab is quite expensive..

Excellent staff and Service
The location and property is well maintained band kept Special mention goes to Swiny and the rest of the Front Desk staff ; with Desmond at the entrance. Alongwith with the janitor short dark chap who keep the lobby and the cafe spik and span ! In addition the staff at the. Green cafe have always been obliging helpful and service impeccable! Along with the beach sunshine bar . This is probably the 6 stay here The landlady is always on her toes keeping the property upto date it seems ! Sales manger needs to more amiable towards frequent customers though ☺️🫡 Keep it up with the Service Dont Overdo the property infrastructure that it looses it charm and make it a Goan home away from home !!! Or it will Turn to any of the junk yard of North Goa Pet friendly ought to be encouraged at the Sunshine by the sea .
