We had booked for a king bed, we received a twin bed joins, we were ok with it as we belong to the same industry and we know it difficult to manage the type of bed at times, the real problem raised with the mattress being very uncomfortable, we could feel the spring hurting our back, thats not all the fan in the room kept making noise where we could sleep peacefully and the shower didn’t work properly had to use a bucket and mug, to add on the was no stitches or charging point near the bed, we had to move to the other side of the room to charge or switch on or off the light. No doubt the staff were good. I had heard a lot of recommendation about this place but this lead to a disappointment

very bad experience don't go for antara goa.. maintaince of room zero insects on bed and floor......

Hotel staff and policy is so cheap and they are charging money for baby food like milk..they don’t know how to handle for infants..totally unfriendly for infants..i have strong no as recommendations for family who have infants..they don’t believe to inform customer in advance.. completely worst experience

rooms are very bad . doors are broken . no wifi . staff is completely rude .

Food was good but room was average with minimum cmfrt and food was too expensive

property is average, washrooms are not at all good. they have cleanliness but despite booking in advance, they will not give you a good cottage. they don't provide toiletries like brush and all. light is with 100 watt bulbs really average property

Less breakfast options , no toiletries available and slow services. We stayed there for 3 days . It was as an okay experience if you want to have a budgeted hotel

Resort was okay location and ambience was nice but there’s a cockroach , flies and bees everywhere.. Which won’t let you sleep But staff and hotel management was good

such a pleasant property. and the all staff is very co-operative and friendly with me. provided food and all orders on time. and the pool view cottage is really so beautiful. the overall vibes of this hotel is soo peaceful.
