Price-worth it,food is expensive but breakfast is good. Amenities and service is awesome 👍we would like to visit again

If you want to ruin your holiday, book this hotel. Poor property under maintenance. They haven’t provide us the breakfast buffet because they don’t have the occupancy lf other rooms. Dirty toilets. Every basic amenities you need to ask them for everything. They don’t know the hospitality

The stay was good. But there were few challenges which was not satisfied. But overall great food. And good location.

Stay is over priced. Food is below average. There is no cleanliness at all. Curtains are dirty. No hot water available. Poor services. Over all not recommended.

Pathetic service. Pathetic maintenance. Pathetic food. Pathetic is an understatement. A road side hotel is better. They are breaching law and customer safety by making customers stay in a renovated place. Stay away from booking !

Very Bad experience, poor management, bad quality of food, High Cost, Room condition was not good.....

We exited after checkin as the property is under maintenance and needs a good clean up, lockers in the room, proximity keys working properly and restuarant to serve fresh seafood and not frozen seafood that too in goa. The staff needs to be customer centric n not un responsive to queries. Lost time and value choosing this place for our stay n 4 star is seriously questionable. The location n property is in good place, get your act together.

Very expensive, not worth spending 13k for the room. Staff was not enthusiastic at all.

Stayed here for the weekend. Even though the resort was under maintenance and in much need of repairs, I would describe our stay as pleasant. The suite room we booked had a private pool and terrace with a view of the Betul river. That was the best part of the stay. The quality of the suite however could be better since many of the walls, drawers, cupboards etc in the room seemed like they were in dire need of repairs. However, staff was courteous and helpful and like I mentioned earlier, we had a pleasant stay overall. I’m sure they will get better once repairs are sorted out.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at fenicia riverside resort. We reached very early and akash was very accommodative and assisted with early check in and late check out. We enjoyed our stay at the resort and would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in the south of goa.

Property was under renovation and in a pathetic condition. Makemytrip should duelist this resort till the renovation is completed. The beer was terribly costly compared other restrurant we had. Resort even did have basic like bottled water. As pathetic as outside the room was in broken condition and floor eaten by termites and wall with seepage marks. Swimming pool needs clean water. Overall a great location spoil t by pathetic maintenance.

Property was not well maintained. Everything was dingy. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was terrible. Pool was as dirty as it could be, appeared green and was stinking.

Property location is nice and quiet at the riverbank. That was the reason i had chosen felicia. You could see the river outside the room window. Parking is available for personal cars. The original design and planning of the property is really good. That us why i selected this property based on pictures and recommendation by an influencer acquaintance who had visited properly long back, but. The property is getting old and is not being maintained at all. Rooms are big. Bathrooms are large. The desk staff, and house keeping staff were good but didn't seem much bothered with hygiene and cleanliness. I saw 2 big cockroaches walking around the room while on my stay. The room walls have got mold due to rain. The sofas, tables etc. Are not cleaned regularly thus a lot of dust on them. It seemed like they do not have proper inspection for the room cleanliness in off season they do not have baufet unless sunday. Food was average. Dining area, table mats, table and chairs are dirty. You can find food crumbs everywhere stuck in the corners. Swimming pool is clean but surroundings area, sitting, beach chairs are dirty. Some constructn going on in the property. They need to bring their staff to look at how to maintain property and cleanliness to run this space for longer. Or people will stop booking and recommending this property to their friends and family.

all services are excellent but property location from goi airport is to much time taken & Taxi for travelling availability is not so good.

One of my worst experiences in this resort. They are 0 star resort. Full property was under construction, walls were leaking, floor was broken, wooden flooring was making a lot of noise while walking and kids were waking up, no power in the resort. Food quality was average and too costly. Nature wise and room wise it could be once very good but current state of this resort is terrible. No one is maintaining it. Pool was not even working. Choose wisely.

Very peace & beautifully surrounded with nature. In terms of architecure it was really impressive. Close to river also.

went to Fenicia resort with my wife and 2 kids felt very sad for booking such a resort. Swimming pool is dirty and not even 4ft level, entire premises is very old and not at all worth the money PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very good experience. Nice place to stay. This is one of the best location/resort in south goa. Food taste is too good.

The property was good but everything is tidy. There is no responsible person all are unprofessional, the room smells bad of humidity. Lunch/dinner restaurant food is also not good. Breakfast is good. Packed water bottle is not provided. Filter provides free water/open glass bottles in complimentary. Swimming pool is not maintained. Swimming pool closed!

Absolutely rubbish service, irresponsible and no mannered staffs, smelling surroundings...there was not lights and water services at night.we faced so much trouble in this property... I'll not recommend such type of property to you guys 🙏plzz don't go on beautiful views prefer both service and glory...
