ZIVA SUITES, a Boutique Hotel

We stayed in the presidential suite and the room was fabulous! Their service is always really prompt. Location wise it is very close to Anjuna beach so all the bars were very accessible. We had food from both their restaurants Cat Tiger and Coastal Spice and food was good in both. Overall it’s a great place to stay which is quite and peaceful and still accessible to all the happening spots

Brilliant place and really nice staff. Rooms were well maintained and food was really good. Would recommend this place to anyone, hasn't lost its touch in all these years 👍

We stayed at 2BHK Treehouse at Canopy Cottage. Property is beautiful with mesmerising view of lake. Nested in nature’s lap the views are scenic. Food is good and caretakers are really helpful and proactive. Just the way to reaching here is long. It is located in the interiors and getting network on the way is a challenge. So it’s best to ask for all directions in details from Lonavala City before starting the travel.

The hotel was decent. Safe. And the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Recommended for families wishing to stay near many good north Goa spots.

all-over good experience but walls of room were not clean. location was okay .food was good swimming pool was far from my room

Rooms are traditional , services are goods however only concern is morning breakfast services were not good . We are going around 9 to 10 am for breakfast at that time foods is not available , for each and everything we need to request continue for many times.

We had a pleasent stay at Ziva Suites. The rooms in the main building are better. The rooms in the annexe are big and clean but dont have a good view towards the rear. The pool was clean but had an extra dose of chlorine. The food was decent and the staff was polite. The property is a ten minutes drive from the Vagator beach.

Room was ok , bathroom good parking ok limited Breakfast must improve , Very limited option there rule received before check in and felt like hostel rules

Had a great stay at Ziva suites. We had booked studio at annex. We are family of 4, with 2 kids so to find property with facility to accommodate all 4 in 1 room is a challenge. Honestly this property solves all your purpose. Reasonable price comes with great comfort. The sofa cum bed was comfortable to accommodate 2. Kids had great time at the swimming pool, playing pool and foosball. The breakfast did not have much variety but was perfectly crafted and tasted great. I would rate it 5 given the suitability to our needs. It might not be so convenient for people looking for beach access but for our needs it suited the best

Best customer service. Best employees. The ambience is very peaceful. The food is just mind blowing. You get a combination of both North Indian , Maharashtrian & Authentic Goan Food. Continental Food options are also available. No matter what you order everything is just fabulous. Everyone working at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. They all have an amazing smile on their faces. The hotel is well maintained and very close to all the famous beaches and market. Thalassa is at a walking distance. There is also an amazing tea spot just 5-10 mins walking from the hotel where you can just sit and enjoy the sea view.

it's nestled in a calm, quiet neighbourhood, 200m walking distance from the famous Thalassa restaurant. The stay exceeded all expectations tbh, old money aesthetic luxury, it was. The staff are kind, helpful, and hospitable. I am definitely staying here next time I go back to Goa. The coffee ship named Rare Republic is an authentic French café and definitely a must try for coffee lovers.

Overall stay was pleasant. Staff was very efficient and supportive. Car parking facility is excellent. Breakfast variety can be better and in-house food cost is on higher side. Swiggy facility can be availed.

Ziva suits location is fine. It’s just 15 mins away from beach. Food was average . Cleanliness was average. Really not worth the price we paid
