very good hotel near from market of candolim and beach clean room good service well service I stayed here and enjoy ambience

The room was good and the staff was polite The complimentary breakfast that was provided was okay. The only issue we faced was with hot water which was not available.

I have been staying here for 3 straight years. Last visit was in October 2025. Stay was overall good but many things noted as tv refrigerator not working, hot water not coming at evening. Breakfast management is not timely and satisfactory. They have to improve this, otherwise I like the property.

It was really good, ambience is nice as well as service is fast, clean, parking as well as good food is available

The location of the hotel is very good.. Rooms are also nice and spacious. We visited the hotel in the rainy season so there was not much rush. The staff was helpful. The pool area needs a changing room and a washroom. We din try the food so can’t comment on that.. over all a nice hotel.

Rivasa emerald property feels smells in room and washroom also. We call reception for fragrant the room. Feel very badlyand breakfast was very poor.

The hotel was good, Infrastructure and services are awesome as I have tried morning breakfast that was also great and satisfactory rooms are good and location is awesome.

Hotel is too good its so clean and comfortable for family also so every one can manage it try one for experience

Many rules of hotel like not come in pool after 6:30 Pm and not parcel delivered in direct room but service was ok

The sewage line of bathroom was choked due to which water was everywhere in my room and housekeeping satff was not there at that time nd bathrooms were very small

They are under staffed!... Rooms are clean but hot water was not available...the washroom window had no curtains...Lunch is not available at the restaurant... only dinner & breakfast available... One morning we requested to serve breakfast in the room as we both were sick but they didn't agree and were rude to us! The watermelon served for breakfast was not fresh!... We ordered dinner the same night that was good manchow soup, dal fry & steam rice. Area wise location not that great had to walk 15 mins to main road for a cab. Also there is no spa is available

Location was ok, easily accessible but food was horrible, room were smelly, bed was very uncomfortable.

The linens abed quilt were so dirty thatvi didn't check in in the hotel

cleanliness was avg... small cockroaches near refrigerator... room was not ready for checking even at 6pm....extra beds were provided after 3 hrs with continuous reminders

Our stay at this property did not meet our expectations.For breakfast they only offered 1or 2 options.Food taste was average.When we requested to provide omlette,they denied. Additionally, if you are late for checkout by even 20 min they charge extra 300rs. whether you check in 5 hours late.Tbe behaviour of the lady staff at reception is quite rude.

They have overcharged the bill of the food ordered. I have tried explain, but they didn’t accepted that not. They have any proof for that.

Good experience. Nice and friendly service. Place is near to baga beach. Exceptional service impeccable cleanliness made our stay unforgettable. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the beaches room and rest room was cleaned. Efficient ans friendly from front desk.
