Rooms are traditional , services are goods however only concern is morning breakfast services were not good . We are going around 9 to 10 am for breakfast at that time foods is not available , for each and everything we need to request continue for many times.

Stay at Ziva Suites
We had a pleasent stay at Ziva Suites. The rooms in the main building are better. The rooms in the annexe are big and clean but dont have a good view towards the rear. The pool was clean but had an extra dose of chlorine. The food was decent and the staff was polite. The property is a ten minutes drive from the Vagator beach.

Excellent hotel in budget. Very nice atmosphere. Spacious room. Service was good. Near to Beach. And Walkimg distance from Thalassa.

Excellent Stay
Had a great stay at Ziva suites. We had booked studio at annex. We are family of 4, with 2 kids so to find property with facility to accommodate all 4 in 1 room is a challenge. Honestly this property solves all your purpose. Reasonable price comes with great comfort. The sofa cum bed was comfortable to accommodate 2. Kids had great time at the swimming pool, playing pool and foosball. The breakfast did not have much variety but was perfectly crafted and tasted great. I would rate it 5 given the suitability to our needs. It might not be so convenient for people looking for beach access but for our needs it suited the best

Absolutely Fantastic Sta
Best customer service. Best employees. The ambience is very peaceful. The food is just mind blowing. You get a combination of both North Indian , Maharashtrian & Authentic Goan Food. Continental Food options are also available. No matter what you order everything is just fabulous. Everyone working at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. They all have an amazing smile on their faces. The hotel is well maintained and very close to all the famous beaches and market. Thalassa is at a walking distance. There is also an amazing tea spot just 5-10 mins walking from the hotel where you can just sit and enjoy the sea view.

it's nestled in a calm, quiet neighbourhood, 200m walking distance from the famous Thalassa restaurant. The stay exceeded all expectations tbh, old money aesthetic luxury, it was. The staff are kind, helpful, and hospitable. I am definitely staying here next time I go back to Goa. The coffee ship named Rare Republic is an authentic French café and definitely a must try for coffee lovers.

Overall stay was pleasant. Staff was very efficient and supportive. Car parking facility is excellent. Breakfast variety can be better and in-house food cost is on higher side. Swiggy facility can be availed.

Stay in any room but not their honeymoon suit
Good room, beautiful property,good food and understanding staff. So I booked premium suite which was worth every penny and breakfast was great, less options but great taste. Near thalasa makes it amazing place to crash as well. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the upper management is rude and had no sympathy and post great photos for shitty and most expensive honeymoon suite. My friend and his wife was traveling with us and booked honeymoon suite and when they complained about broken bathtub and pathetic honeymoon suite, the upper management was rude and condescending. my friend even asked to book another room and balance to be given as voucher for food but they didn't budge and made their stay unpleasant. I can say if u stay at this property book it from mmt or any third party for better rates and help in case something like this happen. FYI staff is helpful but still management need to step up

Very lovely stay. We booked standard room , but they updated it to deluxe. Which was really nice. Room were clean, Spacious.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
