The experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were infested with cockroaches moving around, and the bed quality was terrible, with springs poking through and making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The service was equally poor. Even a basic amenity like a shaving kit was unavailable, and the staff’s response was that the store was closed. Breakfast service was also unpleasant. At 10:30 am, while we were still eating, the staff began clearing away the buffet right in front of us, saying it was past the time for breakfast. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, both in terms of hygiene and hospitality.

Near to Anjuna beach and Major clubs
Stay was good.Receptionist Seema was helpful. Close to Anjuna and Ozran beach. Also close to all the major clubs and you will have plenty of fast food joints near the hotel like Kfc, Naturals, Subway, etc. Location: 5/5 Rooms: 4/5 Staff behaviour: 4/5 Good and safe for family friends and couples

It's been a great stay in rosetum anjuna as suggested by mmt. Totally worth it, location was perfect, food was good The only thing they need to improve is their breakfast menu. All 6 days they have similar type of buffet menu, same juice no change at all. Otherwise overall experience was great

Terrible Stay
The ratings are as follows:- Staff - 1 Room- 2 Food-3.5 Serives-1 Rosetum staff was very uncooperative It was my parents marriage anniversary and they didn’t even provided one pastry. Even I ordered cake which was not given to my parents , they delivered the cake the next day after the anniversary

Terrible Stay
This was by far the worst property I’ve stayed at in Goa. While the location is decent, there are far better options available nearby both in terms of cleanliness and service. The room was infested with cockroaches—not just one or two, but several. It was absolutely unhygienic. The food was terrible. I strongly advise against booking the buffet—it consisted of just five options, and every single one was below basic standards. It felt like they had no idea how to cook. Even a roadside dhaba serves better meals. I made the mistake of trusting outdated positive reviews. Please do yourself a favor and check recent reviews before booking. I learned the hard way it’s not worth it. The mattress was horrible. We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to ruin our sleep. It’s impossible to rest comfortably here. The staff seemed polite and sincere—no issues with them. They’re clearly following instructions, but the problem lies in the management and the property itself. The pool was unusable—completely covered in algae and neglected. It’s a health hazard, not a luxury. This property is nowhere near 4-star quality. It desperately needs renovation and better upkeep. If you’re even slightly doubtful, try staying just one night you’ll understand. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
