This was by far the worst property I’ve stayed at in Goa. While the location is decent, there are far better options available nearby both in terms of cleanliness and service.
The room was infested with cockroaches—not just one or two, but several. It was absolutely unhygienic. The food was terrible. I strongly advise against booking the buffet—it consisted of just five options, and every single one was below basic standards. It felt like they had no idea how to cook. Even a roadside dhaba serves better meals.
I made the mistake of trusting outdated positive reviews. Please do yourself a favor and check recent reviews before booking. I learned the hard way it’s not worth it.
The mattress was horrible. We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to ruin our sleep. It’s impossible to rest comfortably here.
The staff seemed polite and sincere—no issues with them. They’re clearly following instructions, but the problem lies in the management and the property itself.
The pool was unusable—completely covered in algae and neglected. It’s a health hazard, not a luxury.
This property is nowhere near 4-star quality. It desperately needs renovation and better upkeep. If you’re even slightly doubtful, try staying just one night you’ll understand. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
