Good Stay
Rooms were good but the services provided were subpar for the price charged. The breakfast options were skeletal and bed linens were below average. The property is old yet clean, however the pool is relatively small as if they were only for kids to play around and will not be able to accommodate adults.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. we will visit again Property location was perfect. Food also good. Staff was very nice and helpful. The resort is in a very good location. The food and breakfast were excellent. I recommend it for families and couples. Terra Restaurant serves delicious food, and the events they organize were also very good.

Our entire stay was very comfortable. Staff is very polite, courteous, cooperative, helpful and interactive. we stayed with our 4 month old baby and entire staff made it very comfortable. Terra - the restaurant - served really delicious food. Breakfast buffet had really good options. Very clean and maintained property as well as rooms. Room size is decent.
