Casa De Katson Review..
The location of the property is on Povorim road, but if you drive by a bit faster you will miss the property and will have to come back, few road signs are required. Being off season the check in was fast, the Reception staff was friendly and helpful. As there was less occupancy i was immediately upgraded to a higher catogery room. The morning breakfast was OK... it could have been better with a few more food varieties. The restaurant staff was just ok, they needed to be trained better. I requested for cold water, they refused and informed that they don't have cold water, but if I want I can buy a bottle... really weird. There was also a staff kid playing in the restaurant and running around tables, except that food and service was ok. Check out was also very smooth and as before reception staff and room staff was good and helpful. All in all a good stay...

location was good,it's nearby povarim and mhapusa..rooms & washrooms were clean.food was good.desk managers and room service staff was helpful.

Extremely dangerous
Hotel not suitable for family people . u will find drunkard and womanizer people in the hotel. I was with my family and I hate it to be in this hotel...

Food was good, swimming pool was not clean, room service was ok ok. Staff were good, overall stay was not bad

Terrible Stay
this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. curtains are so thin that morning 6 am light hits your eyes. walls are so horrible that next room conversation never let's you sleep. so called sound proof windows don't close and it's so so noisy with dogs howling that i couldn't even sleep for 2 hours in the night. upon calling the manager at 430 am he has the audacity to say dogs don't belong to him!!!! icing on the cake was that carpenters started making furniture at 7 am. these kind of hotels don't even deserve one star.

Mixed experience at casa de katson
We only stayed here for an overnight. Got a wonderful deal from mmt(price wise. Property is almost newly build but i'm sure if the owner doesn't involve himself to property maint this then within next two years max it won't remain as it is. Very tastefully build where there is pool always under renovations, gym has fallen room becouse of sepage or heavy rain. Rooms have dumpness all over. Only good thing was the bedding comfort otherwise even in breakfast they did not serve even a single sweet dish.

Pathetic stay !
coupleA very disappointing stay. 1st room which was allocated had a broken pot. 2nd room did not have hot water in bathroom. 1 socket for tv connection and hot water kettle. Switchboard near the bed side was broken n not fixed. No water in the swimming pool.

Easily accessible, very neat and clean.
It was a pleasant stay. All the staff was very good and i recommend to have a peaceful and safe stay here.
