Staff was very polite and attentive. We had checkout early in morning 5:30 am and staff was up and helped us. Location is very near to beach just opposite of the hotel there are famous eateries.

Not well Maintained

The property was not well maintained. There was a lot of termite damage in the rooms. The staff was also little irresponsible. The valet would not be at the property most of the time which caused a lot of issues in parking.

So many reason to recommend this property! 1. Staff is so polite and helpful, they helped us to celebrate our baby's bday and offered us complimentry dinner and tea:) 2. Its near to morjim beach and some popular cafes life Tomatos and Tikiti etc are just in walkin distance. 3. Rooms are spacious and clean. 4. Breakfast is super tasty and they have good variety. 5. Room tariff is worth in this range. Have no reason for not recommending this. Thanks to all the staff of the property, great team!

Property is very near to beach (100 metres. We stayed for 4 nights and it was peaceful and comfortable stay ! hotel reception and staffs are very good and cooperative and help you in any way! rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic ! taxi services and bike rentals are also easy to find ! beach facing this property is neat and clean and shallow which makes it friendly for sea and sun bathing ! over all i will surely recommend this property to everyone !
