AC doesn’t work. I paid for the breakfast but the caretaker denied plus services were pathetic

location of course Google map properties very good beautiful peaceful nearby beach and pool overall best experience

everything is very good as rated. just try to book by calling property some times the rates are cheaper than what we see on third party apps their is no such difference between king and queen room in terms of amenities and size its just the floor queen ground floor, king - first floor. breakfast has limited items like we had puri bhaji, upma and fruits but the quality was very good. also has super market nearby. beach is walkable.

Food buffet items very less. Room contains ants and person saying cleaning only can be done one time.

Rooms are big. Boutique concept that can be better but value for money. Beach is walking distance.

Group of 9 people. Pool size is good. Food options are great. Serving staff roshan really helped us he’s very kind served late night as well.
