The stay was amazing with good service . The rooms were spacious with great wooden designed with huge balconies . Thanks to the host , I was upgraded to the spacious pent house which made the vibe of Anjuna come alive . One should try the Nomad Pizza downstairs . It’s awesome . The only problem I faced was availability of Drinks late night , which probably I should have gotten before midnight . Thanks to the host for making the trip for us great . Cheers

Great location. Horrible property. There is no maintenance. Room was having electricity cuts and fluctuations and AC was not working. Staff was unhelpful. Spoke to the property manager and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Offered us beers in exchange for our inconvenience, without having the AC fixed. Decided to shift to another hotel and let go of the hotel booking, losing the entire booking amount.

The stay in short to explain was okaayish.The property is far away from the city and it's pathetically managed.Breakfast spread was absolutely third class with also cockroaches spotted around the bread area.Other guests were also passed off with the service and only one guy was managing almost 15 people at a time..Nothing to write about good about this property.They were eager to make money and tea charged was also inexplicable as per hotel standards Inshort...A third class stay .Hopefully won't be repeated

I had booked a penthouse it was huge ..but I could see dust all over the place it was not mopped for a very long time .. staff was not responding properly.. complementary refreshments were mentioned but not given till we asked..even parking facility was not properly provided they don't have proper parking facility..The experience was really bad but the room was very good if it was tidy we would still enjoy it

groupReview for anamiva, goa i recently stayed at anamiva in goa with friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just like our previous stay. The swimming pool was nice, and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating area for after-parties. The food was good, both in the restaurant and through room service. However, the service was disappointing. Room service was slow, and getting something as simple as ice took 30 minutes, even when the hotel wasn’t busy. Food also took too long to arrive, with basic items like paratha taking 30-45 minutes. The biggest letdown was breakfast. The variety has reduced, with only two items available along with milk and cornflakes. The staff handling breakfast was rude and unhelpful, refusing even small requests like fruit. Overall, while the rooms and ambiance are great, the service and management need serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend taking the breakfast option.

coupleThis has to be one of our very best stays in goa so far! that's saying a lot since we have previously also experienced 5* hotels here. We booked the penthouse suite and the rooms was huge and amazing with 2 balconies, a huge bath tub and a king size bed. We also enjoyed the spa services that the hotel offers in collaboration with tattva spa. Breakfast options were a bit disappointing and can be improved. Also, the staff mentioned pizza would be able to order till 4 a. M. But could be ordered only through zomato which was disappointing. However, overall it was a lovely stay with cordial staff and we would definitely choose to stay there again.

i had the pleasure of staying at anamiva goa, a very modern hotel not too far from the beach (3km), the staff was helpful snd the room had all the amenities a good hotel provides today… breakfast was good and the pool was very relaxing.. even though we could bot enjoy the service of the spa we will in our next visit.. overall an excellent experience

The hotel rooms are pretty good. But the surrounding of the hotel is pretty smelly. You cannot stand outside without the strong smell. If you order food from outside, they will not provide any crockery or cutlery despite having restaurants on premise. Parking for cars is a whole other issue, they do not have adequate parking either. All of this seems trivial when you see the rooms though. The housekeeping staff are extremely friendly too!

familyThe pro poetry by the looks is great but there is hardly any effort of maintaining it. The rooms smelled weird, the corridor had soiled plates and glasses not picked for 2 days of my stay. Not worth the price.

Not worth the 4 star.

familyThe rooms are excellent. But the service is worst. There is no car parking for a 4 star hotel. I have booked the hotel for 9adults and 2 children and the have taken extra money for each person and they have only provided 3 rooms with 2 occupancy in each bed. When i went and asked them for extra bed, they told me it is chargeable. I didn’t expect this from a hotel if this type. But the rooms are well maintained and you can come here if you are 2 people per room and you have a small car.
