Stone Wood Beach Resort and Club, Vagator Beach

We had a very disappointing experience at Stone-wood resort, Anjuna. When we arrived, the approach road to the hotel was completely unfinished and in a barren state. Our car couldn’t reach the property, so we had to walk to the hotel and request someone to help carry even our one suitcase. After checking in, we were shocked to hear extremely loud club music right next to our cottage. When we requested the staff to reduce the volume as we were tired after a long day (around 11:00 PM), we were told that the loud music continues all night and that “this is how it is.” They also claimed it was mentioned , but nothing was mentioned about loud music or sleepless nights We were unable to sleep until 5:00 AM. On requesting a solution or a cancellation for at least one of the nights, we were informed that the music goes on till 7:00 AM on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and there is no way to avoid it. They eventually offered to shift us to another Stonewood property, which was 25–30% cheaper and located about 15 km away. We had to pay for the cab ourselves, costing another ₹1,400. In total, because of the price difference and transportation, just to be able to sleep properly. the entire experience with Stone-wood Anjuna was extremely inconvenient. We lost time, money, and sleep. I would strongly not recommend Stonewood Resort, Anjuna.

Stay was too good, wonderful location, good supporting staff, and not the least morning breakfast is also good.Hope visit again in my next trip

rooms are very small. food is not good and also variety is not there in breakfast. services are of minimal quality

We did not stay after booking as the place was totally different than pictures, highly conjusted and smelly. It was not at all worth. We have already booked so many properties with make my trip for next 10 days but this one was so bad. We have requested for refund as we did not stay at all. Images shown are not at all matching the property. We did not even take images as i was travelling with an infant and a 4 year old. Drove all the way from chennai. It was highly exhausting. We are requesting re fund. We have booked next all days stayes with make my trip you can check as well.

From breakfast to dinner, every meal was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Smiling faces, helpful hands, and kind hearts — such a lovely team.

The place was okay but couldn’t sleep 2 days because if loud music playing entire night! It’s horrible to stay when you need to get some sleep. The place wasn’t managed well like could find dirty fungus cushions in kitchen tables. But it’s fine

Location is great with a sunset view. However the upkeep of the property is very average and absolutely no way near to money value you pay for the room. Rooms are very shady and in-house restaurant is absolutely basic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff members were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Overall go experience with food and services specifically great. Staffs were very supporting and good.

Our Vacation Stay was good. We had booked 2 rooms and we had sea view, which was really stunning. The rooms were neat and clean and Sevice was good. The breakfast had only very limited items, which must be improved considering the category of hotel.

Parking is a mess. No clear communications during check in. Pool was horribly dirty. They don’t deliver on promised discounts. 15% Discount was promised on F&B, however they denied discount on beverages.

The rooms are nice . The view is great . The location is great for partying . But the management is not flexible on extending the checkout time by an hour also after requesting them multiple times . Otherwise I would have rated it higher .

The buffet breakfast was horrible they served stale food. The room was leaking the washroom was stinking due to some drainage issue. Had to call the reception and aak for basic amenities like towels bathroom slippers etc. the place is not at all maintained. The staff was cooperative and the location is great
