Stone Wood Beach Resort and Club, Vagator Beach

Our Vacation Stay was good. We had booked 2 rooms and we had sea view, which was really stunning. The rooms were neat and clean and Sevice was good. The breakfast had only very limited items, which must be improved considering the category of hotel.

Resort was not neat Most of the places are rusted No proper maintenance

Parking is a mess. No clear communications during check in. Pool was horribly dirty. They don’t deliver on promised discounts. 15% Discount was promised on F&B, however they denied discount on beverages.

The rooms are nice . The view is great . The location is great for partying . But the management is not flexible on extending the checkout time by an hour also after requesting them multiple times . Otherwise I would have rated it higher .

The buffet breakfast was horrible they served stale food. The room was leaking the washroom was stinking due to some drainage issue. Had to call the reception and aak for basic amenities like towels bathroom slippers etc. the place is not at all maintained. The staff was cooperative and the location is great

My rating is overall 3.5 for stone wood. All for location & view from rooms(ocean view), but garden view rooms are not so good. Staff is supportive, specially manager. Breakfast is average, breakfast area is awesome, as direct sea view for little vagator beach. Location is awesome for party people all clubs next to resort walking & you will hear party sound all night from room. Beach is few steps, & it’s beach property but way to beach from hotel is not clean when I visited. Swimming pool & area is small & not much clean.

It was a nice stay. Rooms and service is nice, breakfast could be better both variety and quality wise

Reviewed 24 Nov 2019 The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. And in restaurant street dogs are roaming all hairs are on restaurant seats and it’s like I feel vomting sensation and food was served in buffet system and it was dry with no lid close bad smell coming I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

The stay was good. The view was amazing and the staffs were very polite and helpful. The room was of decent size and the service a good. But the bed was very uncomfortable and the spring inside the mattress was felt outside so much and was hurting . The mattress covers, pillow cases could be more hygienic. We could hear everything the people talking outside and at the next cottage . And as mentioned in various comments and reviews , the loud music at the evening ,through out the night is very disturbing. Food was average.

Location is great. Ocean front rooms have sea view. Restaurant is also nice and has good vibes. Pool is clean and so are rooms. Family friendly environment. Amazing place for partygoers as all party places are nearby.

Food was good, staff was so polite and helpful, hygienic rooms. Totally worth it.

Ac not proper / fridge not working / bathroom tap handel was not there / smell in the room just newr the romeo lane is the plus point staff was good cooprative but in summers rooms are too hot cannot stay in noon time

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They don’t have a liquor serving licence yet I wish we knew that in advance. Otherwise overall fantastic experience.

The stay was terrible and not recommended for family at all. The reception staff were not cordial and didn’t provide early check in when rooms were actually available. We had also chosen package of lunch or dinner how we were told that meal options are limited and to be chosen from given set of items. The hotel is just opposite to night clubs who play loud music through the night until dawn 7am so we had disturbed sleep during our stay. AC in the room were not functioning properly and had to complain 3-4 times to get the problem addressed. Rooms are mediocre. Overall, this place is not recommended and pls look out for alternative options even if you are looking for hotel nearby party clubs as there are several good options available

Decent stay but the managment is very rude at the time of check out they wont even give 5 mins of time and will come to your room to leave their rooms immediately and

It was the worst experience in this stay it was so horrible that the room was flooded with water diring rain they don’t have any drainage system and bad experience service was also so no staff in hotel and no proper staffing

The place was nice, little expensive but was a great experience cos of the location. The service was little slow.. breakfast was ok not that great..

stay was good but parking for car is inconvenient... otherwise everything was nice...nice location,food was nice..good experience.
