The first thing is there is No welcome drink provided, they gave a room which has a foul gutter smell, it was there was 2 days also, you can pls visit the place to confirm abt the smell, and upon calling multiple times for coffee and tea sachets  they did not provide, and they hd kept chargeable  snacks and cool drinks in the refrigerator, as we did not use it, they were asking at checkout, and we also ordered a cup of sugerless milk for the infant kid, they have also charged for the milk, this the first resort that they Charged for the baby milk, in club Mahindra and sterling also they did not charge for the baby milk, and at last while we were checking out no room boy came to pick the luggage. Worst service and hospitality no quality rooms and washrooms were provided upon that gutter smell across the room and corridor. Worst experience with family and kids.

Thank you for the valuable Feedback ,We have noted your concern on welcome drinks , Musty smell of washroom & Milk given on Chargeable basis  , we have discussed internally & taken all best corrective measurements with the team to attend such issues on priority & not to give any chances on Failure on guest services . i am sure it will not be repeated to anymore guest .
The sad part that when we have charged the Milk you got aggressive & purposely written this is broad our Property is very beautiful we don't give any chances of complaint to our guest . we always keep a close relationship in terms of guest services  where as the points highlighted on tea coffee sachet , Luggage and room size etc are not valid as per your experiences
