From Frustration to a Comfortable Stay
We spent the first night in a room that was very disappointing — it had a strong, unpleasant odor, was located right next to the common pool which made it noisy and inconvenient, and the cleanliness was below standard. The headboard was dusty, and the wall-mounted pedestal fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It definitely did not feel worth the money we paid. However, the staff were extremely friendly and apologetic about the situation. They took immediate action and moved us to a much better room the very next day. From then on, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, my average rating is only because of the poor first night experience. That said, the staff’s responsiveness and hospitality turned things around, and apart from the initial setback, the rest of our stay was very good.
