View, stay, service is good, food is good, close to beach. Rooms need renovations. Old rooms probably not maintained as they are on beach and sand stays. No cleanliness at all, everywhere it’s dust, might be due to beach facing balconies.

The stay was good. The best part is its location. It is on the beach. It has beautiful restaurant also with Jacuzzi. Very polite staff. The rooms are also good. If you want a sea side stay at Morjim then go for it.

Had such a great time here! The place is right on the beach so you get those perfect views while eating. The food was just awesome – fresh, flavorful, and honestly way better than I expected. The staff made the experience even better – super friendly, attentive and genuinely warm, you can tell they really care about making you feel comfortable. Hospitality at its best. Definitely one of those spots you’d want to come back to again and again!

Good part is property is in the beach and good hospitality Negative part is , property is old, dark and smelling bad Not very clean poor brekfast options very old building beds are not cushioned as its too old less space between rooms , very narrow passages
