Location food and services are Excellent , the greenery never seen before and very well maintained...

Had a great time there, was there for three nights. Clean very well equipped rooms. Very hospitable staff and best location with amazing food. Will definitely stay here next time too.

🚫 Worst Hotel Ever – Pathetic Experience This so-called 4-star hotel . From the moment I checked in, it was a nightmare. 1. No Food at Midnight – Kids Slept Hungry: My flight was delayed and I reached around 12 AM with my family and small kids. The hotel flatly refused to give us any food. No nearby café or restaurant was open. My children literally slept hungry while the hotel staff didn’t care at all. What kind of hospitality is this? 2. Housekeeping Joke: The bell boy casually told me: “Housekeeping only till 5 PM.” Seriously? Even a lodge gives better service. 3. Breakfast Disaster: The breakfast buffet looked worse. Staff stood behind the counter staring at guests eating too much. Disgusting! When I asked for fresh tea and eggs, the waiter rudely said: “Sir, buffet khulte hi banta hai ek baar.” By 10 AM, the food was cold, stale, and inedible. 4. Manager’s Attitude: When I decided to check out the same day, the manager replied: “Fair enough, our service is like this only.” Such arrogance clearly shows they don’t give a damn about their guests. ⸻ ❌ Final Words: Horrible service, rude staff, unhygienic food, and zero basic hospitality. 👉 I paid for 3 days and could not even stay for 12 hours – that’s how horrible this place is. 👉 Don’t waste your money here. Even a roadside guesthouse would treat you better!

The property is very beautiful and very well maintained. It has beach access which is amazing. The restaurant serves delicious food and drinks. The staff is very polite and helpful. The Pool is awesome and clean. Overall we had a wonderful time at the hotel. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family travelling to Goa.

Our stay at Chalston was absolutely superb! The service was excellent, and the beachside restaurant was a real highlight — the food was delicious and served quickly. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the shore and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The property is located right on Calangute Beach, making it incredibly convenient and close to all the major attractions in Goa. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a perfect location!

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The USP has to be the location, beach right in front of the property along with the cozy restaurant and calm arrangements. Food and drinks were excellent. Restaurant service was top notch. Everyone there was helpful, polite and takes care of one’s need. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Overall we got what we wanted from the trip and stay. A few days of break and relaxation. My go to place from now on!

The resort is amazing, just wow ! It's just a short walk away to the beach, from your room, and the restaurant is beach facing. Our family loved it ! The only suggestion I have, is that they should offer complimentary coconut water to each person, per night, just as other hotels offer welcome drinks and/or complimentary mocktails. They have so many trees laden with coconuts- they should offer it to their guests

the best part about the property is it's actually on calungate beach providing the privacy and ease of going on/off beach...very courteous staff and they actually listen to all the requests.

The stay was very comfortable and nice, ambience was too good ...as it is a beach property we enjoyed a lot good hospitality food was good in taste I recommend to add some more variety in breakfast otherwise everything is nice.

It is one of the best properties where we stayed till date and the service is fantastic. The view and location makes it more attractive than other properties in Goa. The view from the restaurant was amazingly beautiful. We loved every moment we stayed in it. I will recommend it to all the friends who are going to stay at Goa

I had a very comfortable stay at Charleston Beach Resort and would highly recommend it. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our visit. The buffet breakfast was among the best—delicious and well-organized every morning. Room cleaning was done daily and always on time, which added to the comfort. Located right at Calangute Beach, the resort offers a stunning beach view that we truly enjoyed. My daughter had a great time in the pool, and the food at the resort was consistently excellent. I’m fully satisfied with the experience and will definitely stay here again when I visit Goa next time.
